Works for something cheap- but not long lasting

Pretty flimy design. I used this for a computer station for a laser printer and it ended up falling apart after about a year. Wouldn't buy again. Not sure I'd recommend.

I owned this for a year or so. It was a super cute and perfect space-saver for a small bedroom; I used it as my makeup desk. It was very cumbersome to put together by myself, and usually, I'm a pro at self-constructed furniture, but upon completion of the build, it was super wobbly. When I moved to my new apart part of the leg ended up snapping and separated from the bottom of the desk. I don't think it was worth the amount of money I paid here, especially when afterward I found the exact desk on a renowned competitor's website. Oh well.

Cheap and fell apart quickly.

Small size, but poorly made, cheap materials. The holes were difficult to line up and assembled it's rickety. We will see how long it takes for my heavy-leaning preteens to destroy these but on the plus side, they're small enough to not take up a huge amount of space in their room. Update! Six months later - we have two of these desks and one is falling apart completely. Screws are falling out left and right. The other one is fine, still nice and solid, so I'm not sure what happened to this one as they got equal use.

Hutch desk

I thought this would be a great fit for the family room, but I was so disappointed when it arrived! Usually Porch and Fen items are fine, but this was way too flimsy. Lots of small styrofoam pieces inside the box which stuck to everything. The main portion of the desk has a piece missing from the corner... The directions aren't easy to follow, it said I needed two people to help- and I live alone. As of today, it sits on my twin bed- in pieces just like it came out of the box. I've tried four times to master this and it's just beyond me. I'm so frustrated and would NOT recommend this to anyone. It will only hold 30# total. I'm just waiting for my son to come and take it to the trash bin. I'm so disappointed...

Perfect laptop and writing desk

I needed to find a small inexpensive desk for my son's room since his schooling will be done 100% at home. I wanted a desk that was practical and also stylish. I also had a budget. This desk was exactly what I was looking for and needed. It was very simple to put together. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that the color description said Black but when I opened the package I noticed light colored wood panels. My son likes it and it fits perfectly in the space I made for it. Overall it's a really great buy! I'm so happy that I didn't hesitate to get this considering desks are being sold out everywhere.

As described

I ordered two of the black desks for my children to do schoolwork. I received two of the two-toned desk. It's not what I wanted but will do. At least both of them were the same and not one of each color. Desk arrived quickly. It is an inexpensive desk, and you get what you pay for. A wood piece of the desk broke down the middle as we were in step one of assembly. We rigged it together and used it anyway, since it's a part under the desk that won't be seen. The piece still functioned as needed. Overall the desk is as described and will work well for our purpose.

Genuinely surprised!!

I kept coming across this particular desk on several websites, but was worried to purchase it because the reviews weren’t that great. The desk was much easier to put together then people stated in the reviews. It definitely is a two person job, it can be done alone, but makes the process much longer. Just as many reviews stated, some of the holes aren’t exactly lined up, but it didn’t cause any issues putting it together. All my pieces still came out straight. The instructions are also a little weird, but if you take your time and carefully look at the pictures they are fairly easy to understand. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from getting this desk (they almost did me) because it really is a great desk and at an amaxing price! For me the only downside was having to hammer on the final back panel. The desk isn’t super large in size, so I’d say it was best for minimal to moderate use. So far mine has been used for gradaute school and has done well.
