We hug one of the planters, as we followed the directions to refill the reservoir before adding the wood chips at the bottom. When the reservoir was full, the bottom had a small hole in it at the vacuum seal place, which caused the reservoir to leak. We like the planner we like how it looks, but because of that small hole, we now have to patch in order to keep water in the reservoir, the hole is the very bottom corner on the left. Because it is hung and installed, we cannot return it disappointed that we spend that much money for something we have to repair.

The company would not answer my inquiry about a refund. I never heard back from them after multiple attempts. Now the window has expired. This is not at all what I expected from a Walmart affiliate.
