2nd year and broken

I got this exactly 2 yrs ago but fireplace insert is not working making beeping sound I tough it was a battery problem, I changed the batteries still same.. you have to unplug from electric to stop beeping..

I received the product in a timely manner. I open the box and it was the wrong color. What I found is the product looked to be of high quality for the price. I replied back to Walmart the next day. Within two days I received return shipping labels. Overall I was happy to not be jerked around.

Beautiful addition to our living room. Easy to assemble

Very pretty, not hard to assemble. I'm a 70 yr old woman and did it alone. The color is not like the picture which matches my furniture. It is closer to black, Still pretty and not worth the trouble to return. It was market as espresso (not as pictured for espresso).

Nice fireplace. Would purchase again

Nice fireplace that provides a warm ambience. Bookshelves are what complete the look. Added in my home office and it was a good choice. Made decent. Took about an hour to put together. Bought a Samsung Frame to hang above it. Color is definitely cream and not white. Would recommend.

Not exactly as pictured but nice otherwise.

This piece replaced an armoire that held my TV and electronics. The size is perfect for my space. My 40" TV looks nice while we are shopping for a 55" that will also fit the mantel. The assembly was approximately 3 hours for me (70 year old female) and was not too complicated. I was a little disappointed in the color. It is nearly black and the photo shows brown.

The fireplace is beautiful, but the fireplace insert is different then what is shown in the photo, I don't know if this one is as good as the fireplace that I thought I was getting.

Good quality, real wood. Easy to put together (with 2 people). Nice decorative piece with working electrical fireplace. Good to use for ambiance, with or without heat.

LOVE this fireplace, it looks exactly as it was advertised. Wood is beautiful without that fake particle board look. Mantle is high enough to look like a fireplace, not at knee level like many others. Enjoy sitting on my couch looking at the fire. Worth every penny!

Pretty too bad it hasn't worked for us since we got it a year later we are still trying to find out why it won't stay on it beeps turns right off!

Oter than been a bit darker than I like, so far it looks great in my living room. I haven't use it yet but will soon.
