The predrilled holes on the rail are not correct. Location of the studs vary. You need to offer a nondrilled version.

The sales rep went the extra mile to find a perfect match for our first order. When we went to reorder the product showed “not available” so I called customer service and she searched and found it!! Bravo!!!

The product itself is very nice. However, the instructions that accompany the product are not user friendly for the average DIY person. There was additional hardware that is never mentioned in the instructions, not to mention multiple sets of hardware with no indication of in what circumstances to use one over the other. Had to purchase wall anchors separately as instructions indicate to attach to wall studs however, brackets are 16 inch spaced and the studs in our home are 12 inch spaced. Due to location of doorway, only 2 studs matched up. Instructions also say to "consult a structural engineer".... REALLY???? Thank goodness for YouTube. Barn door does look fabulous though.

The only reason for not giving this product five stars, is because it doesn’t come with a soft close. All barn door rails should be soft close! Otherwise, this is a great product offered by Home Depot at a reasonable price.
