Awful Transaction
I placed the order 3/9/24 with a delivery date of 3/12/24. I scheduled workers to help me with getting this LARGE and cumbersome piece to its final destination in my home. On the day it was to be delivered, I got notice it was delayed. No reason why…just that it was delayed. Since I had workers coming that day to help me with the table top, I tried to cancel the order and I was going to replace it with an item from a local store that I could get on 3/12/24 so the workers’ time wouldn’t be wasted. It is now 5 days later and your website is still saying it isn’t sure I’m able to cancel the order. Well, let me tell you that I CAN AND I DID CANCRL THE ORDER! And Walmart best not try to deliver the item going forward as I no longer need it and do not authorize Walmart to take any funds from my payment account associated with the order. CANCEL THE ORDER AND FO NOT ATTEMPT DELIVERY OF IT!

Where we purchased they stated they could not replace due to “out of stock” and past the time limit for returning and instructed us to donate or discard.
