Fragile

The 1/4" x 1" chrome aluminum dam piece on the threshold is only held in position by silicone. Held down by many pieces of blue tape until silicone cured. Hard to install without getting silicone all over. I recommend setting it and then finish the install job the next day after it cures.

Missing hardware box

FYI 4 weeks to be delivered and Lowes delivery guys sat the shower doors box on its corners on asphalt from 4 feet up to roll it over from the back of a cargo truck. The box was shredded and torn open. I inspected the doors and have not found chips yet. I cannot install them because I received only the one box. No hardware box. Lowes knows nothing about another box. Lost somewhere. Called Dreamline, rep said will send a replacement box. Will be patient for another 2 weeks.

Exceptional quality door. I had a kitchen and bath guy install it for me as part of my renovation and he said it was the nicest door he had ever put in. Fantastic in my new bathroom.

Beautiful but…..

The shower doors are beautiful but the gap between the glass in the middle when closed is so big the water splashes out onto the floor.

Handles ruin it

Great shower doors but it the brushed nickel handles have started staining within a few days of usage. Handles are too big and have very sharp edges which can hurt. I wish they provided smaller rounder inner handles or just small stubby ones. I would not recommend this due to safety reasons.

I was reluctant to buy shower doors online, but Wayfair never disappoints. These beautiful framesless doors were half the price of custom. Arrived in perfect condition. Installed by my contractor in under an hour. Two years later, the protective coating is as good as new. It is very easy to keep spotless with just a squeegee, magic eraser, Windex, and a microfiber drying cloth. Highly recommend these doors.

Good product, well packed, Delivered 1 week laer than promised. Dealing with Customer Service on a minor parts exchange was a NIGHTMARE! No common sense or logic. This company lacks the customer is important attitude.

Very nice modern door.

It’s a very nice looking shower door and I’m very happy with it. The glass slides smoothly and the rails look very modern. My contractor didn’t seem to have any problems installing it.

Leaks at the bottom! Breakage risk!

This is the worst door I have ever ordered, owned, even *seen*. We didn't know this would be a problem until it was already installed. The way the door and track is designed, it leaks from below the shower door, no matter what you do. We have even added a splash guard to the bottom outside to help decrease the leakage. It still happens, but slightly less. It's horrible. I would never buy this product again, and I will make sure no one I know buys it. On top of the leakage problem, the bottom glass corners that go in and out of the track are not at all protected, which would be fine it the tracks had some sort of soft rubber or something... but no! It's metal on glass. A shattering just waiting to happen if you are any kind of not extremely gentle and cautious every time you open and close the doors. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Product Damaged From Supplier, Header Rail

I was extremely disappointed to find damage on the door header rail after opening the package. There was no visible damage on the shipping box which points to damage before shipment to Lowes. The shower door was the final piece of the shower renovation. We elected to complete the installation to prevent further project delay and loss of use of my Master Bathroom. Poor quality control for such an expensive and highly prominent feature is really unacceptable. If there's no Supplier resolution to the damage I would recommend against buying this product.
