Terrible ninjavan delivery service. Received items on a Sunday at around 9pm. They left my items on my doorsteps without knocking (someone was at home) & didn't bother with any updates (usually couriers would send photos and/or messages when they arrive without anyone receiving it). These items could have been grabbed by anyone. Items weren't packaged properly resulting in:1. Damaged and dented boxes2. Exposed areas that weren’t wrapped upSpent almost $2,000 to qualify for their $1,599 free gift but was not given. They followed up saying it's limited stock & fully redeemed. No such fine print was on it when I purchased. Do take note not to fall for their advertisement.All Grohe products were only packed in cardboard boxes & flimsy paper for internal parts without any protection. Had to ask for replacement twice due to scratches found on it. Paid premium price for luxury items but received substandard products. Disappointing

Two of the items arrived in good condition.T.he towel bar was damaged. One end was broken off and missing and the box looked like it had been crushed .

this is probably the 10 th Grohe towel ring i have had for my rental houses and i have never had to replace them due to breakage they are definitely worth the money
