I've always wanted a pair of clear acrylic armchairs for our home so when I found out that the seller was offering it at a very reasonable price, I readily made the purchase. Would've given 5*stars but one of the two chairs I received has defects on the backrest. To be fair, both Lazada and the seller promptly responded to, and coordinated with me when I filed a complaint. I was instructed to return the defective item but what I really wanted was a replacement since I needed two. Besides, it was tedious for me to return the defective item during these times. So here I am stuck with one good chair that I love and another that is defective.
