I am only 5' tall, I needed a chair that would rise high enough. The seat adjusts, the back adjusts, the height, the tilt. There are many adjustments, its very comfortable.

Great for smaller folks

The chair is great for petite/smaller frame people. I love all of the adjustments. The seat is a bit more firm than expected.

The chair is easy to assemble. It is comfortable for a petite person. The seat, back rest and arm rests are adjustable which was the most important for me. The Customer Service of this store is amazing

Buy any chair but this chair, not worth the money

I've had this chair for 2.5 years and honestly, I wish I never bought it. The plastic under the right arm rest broke in a few months, the mesh of the back stretched out and provides no support by about a year. The padding on the chair seat is very, very thin and was essentially flat by a year. Now, at 2.5 years, the seat is tilting to the right some. Tried to make a warranty claim at about 6 months (which is a massive hassle because you can't make a warranty claim with the company, have to make claim with the "reseller") but was told it's not eligible because this all falls under "normal wear and tear". Total waste of money.

5’2 120lbs. This was office chair number 5! I finally found a chair that fits me. Like everything else, most office chairs are designed for an average adult. Everything is adjustable. The back, angle of the seat, height of the back, and of course the height of the seat. With the seat in the lowest position, my feet set flat on the floor. I need the seat higher however, so that my elbows are level with my keyboard, so I bought a memory foam foot rest. Problem solved. The seat is comfortable for a full 8 hours of straight sitting. I have scoliosis and a messed up tail bone, so I have a lot of demands from an office chair. This chair met all of my needs and expectations. Super easy to assemble and a good value for the money. Highly recommend.

Good value. Works well for my home office.

Very nice chair. Very heavy, easy to put together. Adjusts very easily. I am short, and it fits me fine. I think it is a great chair for the price.

Frustrating and Time Consuming

I know this chair will be easy to set up, cuz I have put them together before. The problem is the boxes that come from this chair company are always in poor shape. The first box came and chair pieces were broken, the second one came and all the hardware is missing. Maybe the third time will be a charm. If it wasn't so hard to repack this chair, and the box wasn't so damaged, I'd say the heck with it and go with a different company. It's not a cheap product.

Bought two, one for my spouse and one for myself. We’re very pleased with them!! I’m 5’5” and he’s 6’3”. We have been able to adjust each one to fit us perfectly. Has really helped to make working from home comfortable and productive! Have already recommended it to a friend!

So great that it's fully adjustable

Fantastic chair! Perfect size for a petite person, full adjustability, great quality. This is my second purchase of this chair. The first is 9 years old and getting a little worn, but will still stick around as a good extra in our office when needed. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Chair

Finally a chair that is perfect. It's super adjustable (4 levers: one to adjust the height as usual, one to move the seat back and forth, one to tilt the seat, one to tilt both the seat and the back). The price is right. There are more expensive but less comfy chair. So happy.

It fits!

I'm 4'11" and this fits me. Shipping was fast. Assembly was easier than others I've bought. Adjustments work great. I have the seat adjusted all the way back, the seat back & lumbar support down as low as possible, the arms down & in as far as possible. It is easy to adjust. I would love it more if the lumbar support would go down lower.

Very Uncomfortable & Not Really Petite

I bought this chair because of the reviews, against my better judgment when looking at the measurements. The chair was uncomfortable immediately upon sitting down. In addition, the arms are not fully adjustable (just up and down, in and out). But for me, the chair seat is too wide, so the arms don't go in enough. I don't know how anyone could say it was comfortable. I returned it immediately.
