Plastic inside the shower head holder
Our hand shower head holder broke, and so we had to re-purchase the entire rod and holder. The holder has a plastic piece inside that broke. I would have thought for a higher end faucet company that they would use something other than plastic parts inside their fixtures.

Hard to move knobs. May return if it doesnt cost to much.
Not as pictured
There is no push button on the front of this slide bar. It has a square turning section on the left. I decided to keep it since I wanted the square design, and the quality of the slide is excellent.
