Not as tight as I would expect

The fit and finish as far as the looks of the chair are fantastic. However, the chair has a slight rock from side to side and the base moves a bit more than I'd like to see especially since this is meant for comfort and ergonomics. The wheels will make a dragging sound unless you space them out every fews days. So overall I'm OK with the chair but not thrilled for the price I paid.

Leaning back

Ok so upon first sit, very comfortable. multiple points of adjustment to make everything perfect. However, leaning back immediately drops the back of the chair to its lowest point in a loud a jarring manor. Great so far if I do not need to lean back.

I fall asleep within a few minutes of sitting down. Takes most of the pain and pressure off the lower back.

Great gaming chair

I love the design, great gaming chair, comfortable for long periods, sat in it for 5 hours and haven't had a problem.

Horrible adjustable back design

Customer service was very helpful. After my first 2 weeks with this chair I could not lock the back in any position; it would just fall down to the lowest setting. I couldn't return it because I didn't have the original box. I was sent a replacement back part. It lasted a little longer, but the same adjustable component gave out. I was then sent a completely new chair (very kind). But the same thing happened. So I took it apart. Look at this horrible design: this little indent is supposed to lock into place. I'm 6'2 250lbs. No way this will last. I'd rather it be stuck all the way up so I took this apart and put a lot of rope and duct tape around where it should lock. This chair otherwise would be a 10/10 if they didn't cheap out so bad with this height adjustment failure. Would not recommend unless they come up with a newer version.

First ergonomic chair

This is my first ergonomic chair. I’m 6‘2“ tall and 250 pounds. I have a flight sim Set up. Hand controls Rutters, etc. I couldn’t find any chair that I could adjust each individual part without having to completely lean forward or sitting in uncomfortable positions . For the price, I don’t think you can get a better chair, but as I stated in the title, this is my first ergonomic chair. My 2 issues wish the back rest came forward a bit more. “This is probably because I have bad posture” 2 the mounting plates for back rest and arm rest . each piece has extra holes that are unused. The parts should be drilled to meet mounting bracket giving more support especially on the arms.

I was on the market for a chair, I always wanted a secret lab chair but I came across this on and it was on sale. So I just had to get it.. amazing amazing n just all around amazing! After a year just had one problem but the warranty department was the easiest and replace the piece in no time! Love this company and there products!!
