This is by far the highest quality gaming chair ive had. the only thing that is bad about the chair are the actual armrests. The arm rest supports are phenomenal, usually they attach straight to the side where these bolt up under the chair. The armrests are made of a hard plastic and have no cushions for your elbows or forearms to rest on. So grab two pillows and it will be phenomenal. also t30 bits fit in the screws. the screws are actually pretty good quality.

Great chair for gaming

We got this chair for our son’s birthday. The assemble instructions were very clear. The only thing I would change is putting the armrests onto the bracket before attaching the bracket to the chair. Doing it in the order of the instructions makes it difficult to attach the armrests.

Not bad - but not impressive

The chair is not bad, but (in my opinion) not worth the original price. The footrest is only suitable for a person of specific height with no meaningful adjustments.

The chair took me about an hour to assemble, all by myself. Straightforward but requires a bit effort.

Great Comfortable Gaming/Office Chair

This chair is very comfortable. It has adjustable arms that you can raise or lower to your comfort zone with head and back pillows to support those areas. One can also adjust the back if you would like to lay back. It also has a leg rest that pulls out for more comfort.

Overall, a quality chair

Overall, this is a great chair. Very easy to put together, and only took about 15 minutes to assemble. The reclining feature and foot rest are great for stretching out, and the cushion is big and comfy. I wasn't sure about putting the pillows on the chair because usually, they end up being uncomfortable, however, these felt great and added extra support. The only issue is we have had to tighten the bolts a couple of times as the chair keeps wobbling. besides that, this is a great chair; it is very comfortable, and I would recommend it to others.

Can’t go wrong with this one

Honestly you can’t go wrong the price with the design and quality! Took me half hour to assemble pretty simple just had to take my time and I got it done. Love the foot stool and neck pillow. I’m a hardcore gamer so this is totally great for me! It is comfy sturdy well designed great value for the price I must say. I do highly recommend this especially if you’re a gamer like me !

just received the chair today

first impression was the weight of the box and size both heavy and large so I knew wasn't that cheapy. as I assembled it it was very easy and the first product that gave me plenty of extra bolts I'm impressed with the quality and for the price it was great anyone would be a fool not to buy one if you're looking for a deskchair or gaming chair. I SET IN BETTER CHAIRS, BUT FOR THE PRICE no one can go wrong. for me to respond to something 9 out of 10 times I don't.

Do not buy if price has been discounted

I bought this chair in the color red because it was at a lower price. Back story: I bought this same chair in a different color for my son-in-law and the chair is awesome and he loves it. My daughter put it together becuase that's what she likes to do and she had no problems. Now back to my chair. When she opened the box some screws were missing, so we thought. We reached out to the manufacturer and had to leave a message. As she was going through the rest of the pieces the missing screws were popping out of some of the pieces. Thank you Jesus. Guess what? There were no instructions sent with the chair. They were sent with the other chair I purchased and the screws were all enclosed in a bag. My daughter had to look up several YouTube videos to put the chair together ❤️. I have the best daughter. She got the chair together. I am currently using it. It's comfy and I use it for work and not as a gaming chair so I do not lean back in it. I would recommend this chair but do not get it at a discounted price becuase this chair was probably a return. One more thing....I still have not heard back from the manufacturer and I have had this chair for since May 12th.

enjoyed the colours, was easy to assemble. arm rest came without the tunnels so i can't screw in my left arm rest still. i paid for the warranty but have been trying to go through the original company policy but they are impossible to deal with. a leg popped off while i was working and i ended up on the floor. definitely choose a better chair

Not so bad

Assembly was fairly easy and didn’t take too long even the chair came in a lot of pieces. I thought the cushion parts are the chair might be a little bit thicker, more cushion-ie (yes I know that’s not a word but it’s what kept coming to my mind🤣). The cushion seemed thin and like the material will flatten out quickly. But regardless I love leaning back slightly in it and prop my feet up where your knees are bent. Almost like you do at movie theaters to the empty seat in front of you ( I know I’m not the only one who does that 🤷🏼‍♀️)

Nice chair

Getting the base assembled was a pain and I skinned my knuckles with the cheap allen wrench. Lucky I had the triangle bike wrench for my ebike that Walmart sells. Has the correct bit and gives you the torque needed to assemble it. Definitely purchase one if you don't have one already. Other than that the assembly was straight forward. A rubber mallet helps to knock the base legs into the hub. Still two of the holes were not machied exactly and getting the screw into the threaded socket was a bit difficult to say the least. 3 were good and two were not. The lumbar cushion was a bit difficult to position correctly, but got it figured out. Otherwise, its a nice chair, and as an older gamer its comfy. the footrest could come out more and be more generous. Works though, could be better. It also works as a sewing machine chair as it has a better height than the office chair I used to use. I think it will work nice at my loom and for quilting as I needed more height. On its lowest setting it is perfect for my laptop table. The one with the C base that Walmart sells. I added a lap desk with a mouse extension on top and it's very comfortable to play Witcher. Figured I would test the chair with an old favorite game. Since the action is quite demanding. The chair is performing well. Much better than my old one. Which was not comfortable for my body. An XRocker. My son inherited it. This chair is my 65th birthday present. A month early. I ordered online as my store only had the white one. I got the red one. Awesome comfort and ease of use. Gove yourself plenty of time and no small kids around. They don't need to hear the cussing. Not hard, but if some parts are not as well lining up as mine was, you will be cussing Then once past that its pretty eady. Was done pretty quickly after the initial issues. Well pleased with the purchase.

Be Prepared

this is the second chair I've bought (the first is just a different color) and it was definitely more difficult to put together than the first one. screw holes didn't seem to line up properly, AND the footrest was installed backwards and upside-down! I had to do WAY more work than what i should have had to in order to assemble this thing. HOWEVER, it IS a solid chair, that i would buy again. I'm happy with both of them that I've purchased, but they really need uo their quality standard's

Great chair with very minor issues

Had minor issues with assembly; the pieces are all very solid but a couple of the screw holes on the legs were poorly drilled (and as the legs are very heavy plastic, that was a pain). Once you get the legs and the casters on - those are always difficult no matter the maker - the rest of it goes together like clockwork. The seat itself does not tilt, only the back reclines, so if you like a full recliner this may not be the chair for you. It is very comfortable, though. Foot rest feels a little flimsy at first but it's plenty stable. All upholstery stiching and padding is top notch. Special note for those who use a keyboard tray: the arms DO go low enough for you to pull the tray out fully, so do not be concerned that they don't swing back.

Great for long duration use!

I got this to have good posture while sitting or working on computer. I can sit up straight and comfortably for long periods of time, and feel good afterwards. I love the lumbar cushion you can actually raise it up where it should be in the small of your back above the waist. And the neck pillow fits perfect too.

Top notch quality

i bought this chair solely on the looks. i am not a gamer at all, i don't even own a gaming station but just wanted a nice looking chair for my room to sit at my desk in. This chair is unbelievably comfortable, i absolutely love it. I have fallen asleep in it a few times now by accident and actually slept better than my own bed. lol. It took awhile to assemble it but was not hard, everything came together very nicely. It was packaged very well and arrived super fast. I'm extremely please with this purchase and would definitely order it again.

DO NOT BUY!!!

The chair was great at first. But it started falling apart after 4 months. There were cracks and the inseams on the arm rests started to come off. I purchased the warranty so I tried to go through it but they were no help. It’s been a year since I purchased this chair, the seat cushion came out in pieces, the piston only holds pressure for a day, the arm rests are about to snap off. I tried to go through the warranty again but they denied my claim. This is a waste of my time and money. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I recently purchased a new gaming console for a den turned into a gaming room and I wanted to complete the look with a gaming chair. I wasn’t interested in gimmicks like massagers and speakers. I wanted a comfortable chair I could sit in for long periods of time.

It's not what I thought it would be, it's comfortable enough, but not quite as much as I thought it should be. I have to use pillows to sit in comfort. But, I bought it, so I'll continue to use it, because it cost me to much to get rid of it. But I am very unhappy with this purchase. Maybe better details on products would help me out in the future.
