Good shed but minor complaints

Took about 3-4 hours to put together by myself. I would definitely recommend having a 2nd person to help. I set it on a concrete foundation which took another 6 hours to install considering time to buy the concrete bags, haul the bags to my back yard, build and install formwork, mix on site, pour, etc. I don't really like how the clear plastic for the windows aren't integral to the door, and the way the instructions had me install looks like they will collect dirt and stagnant water. The instructions were a bit confusing too. Make sure you don't open part bags until you need them, or at least keep all parts within the bags that they come, because the bags are numbered and instructions call out which part from which bag you'll need, and I mistakenly threw all my parts in a pile at the beginning like I'm building a Lego set.

Great shed!

We love our shed. It was fairly straightforward to assemble, looks good and seems sturdy. For future models, perhaps a better option for a door latch would be in order. Other than that, it's great!

Suncast shed

Great product and easy assembly. Put it up in about 2 hours with 2 people. The only thing that’s a bit tricky is the roof, wasn’t hard just need two people to get it into the right position and into place.

Shed good

Good shed. Put it together pretty easy (my 11 year old helped me in putting up the walls, but the rest I did on my own). Wish I had bought a bigger one, but that's not the shed's fault. Don't really have any else to say. Saw The Green Mile the other night. Haven't seen that movie in a long time. Was really good. Makes you wonder why Sam Rockwell got so little respect for so long.

Wonderful Shed

I would buy again if that feature was corrected or redesigne

Every thing is great except the window design. It was almost impossible to get the gasket into the groove for the window and the window was bowed when it was finally in. Still not water tight, It would have been perfect if installed at factory.

I love this shed and would highly recommend it

The shed went together with ease and it is a quality product. It fit perfectly exactly where I needed to fit it.

Needs some engineering and quality iprovements.

The shed assembly went as expected. The plastic injection molded parts however were problematic due to the lack of proper finishing of edges. I had to trim many pieces with a razor blade to make parts fit together. Also the manufacturers method of fastening a bug screen with screws is really bad idea. See photo. Beware, due to the very thin plastic parts, most screws will strip really easy with a screw gun clutch set at the lowest setting. The windows in the doors are basically a piece of plastic screwed to the doors, however the method the manufacturer designed to fasten the window to the door is really bad. They supply a rubber type O ring type gasket that is laid in a channel that is pre molded in the door that doesn't really hold the gasket in place. It took many attempts the keep the gasket in the channel during assy. of the window. Instead of using 13 screws per window/ door why didn't the manufacter just design a slot molded in the door and just slide the plastic window in place.

At Lowes I purchased 12 patio stones 24"X16" and limestone screening to use as the base - worked out well

Good sturdy shed

Bought this a month ago; package had the incorrect roof support brackets. Suncast promptly sent replacements - good service response. The gasket for windows is a poor design; too large and deforms window. Better to simply lay a small bead of silicone caulk around and through crosses for a rain seal and flat contact. When installing the roof struts, make sure the width of the roof, as determined by screwing in the supports, has tabs and holes the identical width. This avoids tab pressure when forcing the root to slide in place. Assembled, should last years.
