It is sturdy and a great size for the newborns/infant stage. The texture is quite firm/hard so I wonder if it's uncomfortable for newborns to lie down on. Easy to wipe down!

It’s ok
There is a giant logo at the bottom of the pad which is not shown in any of the product photos. We have the Skip Hop pad as well and this one is more lightweight but the foam is not as soft (audible sound when baby drops her head onto it) and feels low end.
