The tub is exactly what my wife wanted. Buyer beware! Follow the manufacturers recommendation about testing the tub with water before installing, I did, and indeed found a leak in one of the fittings. While American Standard overnight-ed the parts, I still had to pay the plumber for the repair. Also, THIS TUB MUST BE SET IN GROUT!

I love this tub it is deep and wide with jets in all the right places. I installed this in my bathroom to replace my old shower. The jets have a good amount of power and work great after a hard workout.

Tub came well packaged and no damage even though the box appeared to have some. The tub is nice and deep, which is what my wife was wanting. The jets are very nice and add to the soothing of the hot water. Installation was pretty straight forward besides having to run power over to the tub for the hydromassage feature. Tub is a beautiful white and seems easy to clean.

We upgraded our current jacuzzi tub with this one and it has been heavenly. I have not had any issues with mold or it getting dirty quickly like our old tub. The jets are powerful but not too powerful. The tub is very roomy and deep.

Obtained this hydromassage tub with the intent to use it as a replacement for an existing tub. Handing is correct (faucet left), front face is finished, length is right at 60" but my existing space is only 30" deep. The tub was 32" deep, and without moving walls it will not work. My advice is to check the size of the existing tub before getting this tub. I am disappointed I was not able to use it.

Nice deep soaker tub. It fits nicely into the space. It is well designed and comfortable. The tub has a nice finish and is definitely of quality. So far it cleans nicely, although a reach when cleaning.

Just got this tub installed in a master bathroom and it is absolutely beautiful. The tub is sturdy, easy to install (for an advanced amateur), and looks amazing. The whirlpool and jet features are absolutely incredible and calming and give the bathroom a spa like feel. I would highly recommend this tub to anyone looking to upgrade their bath experience.

This tub has really transformed our master bathroom into a relaxing place to go visit after a day of working. The tub really fits perfect in our bathroom and makes it look very relaxing. The wife loves the jets.

Installation challenges

Ultimately I believe this will be great. It is installed and tested but the remodel is ongoing so haven’t used it yet. The two things that kept it from 5 star are both installation issues. This tub must be set in a mortar bed. That does make it rock solid but the mortar bed install isn’t an easy task. If the mortar is too wet it will settle away from the tub. Too dry and getting the tub to settle into the mortar is a real challenge.

Save your money, buy something that is better quality & easier install

The jets are very soft, button got stuck almost right away, had to dig it out. The toe tap drain is not designed very well as it does leak. Measurements weren't exact to a regular tub, had to take out a panel off the wall. (Check your measurements!~) Way more instillation that what was explained.

Works great

Very pleased with this whirlpool tub. Installed last year, have not had any problems. Jets are strong and adjustable. Also purchased and installed the in-line heater which is good if you plan on staying in for a long time, keeps the water warm.
