Having just finished refurbishing the burners on my gas BBQ, I realised that the the tray used to catch fats from the food had rotted away. Having trawled the web for a suitable replacement and almost given up, I came across this tray from Wayfair that is not only a good fit, but at a reasonable price. The tray is also a lot sturdier than the one it replaces (as it looks and feels like it is designed as a tray for the catering trade) and seems too good for the job I want it for. As a large tray, for whatever use, I would recommend it.

Really good price for a very sturdy product. These pans will last you a long time and are very versatile. I use the large size for outside when I am grilling a lot of meat. It is very convenient to lay out the meat or fish and sprinkle spices onto them when they are laying flat on the large pan. Will purchase more of these.

I like this full aluminum sheet pan because they do not bend! Also they fit nicely on my rolling rack. I ise them for multiple usage. Sometimes for as shelves on rolling rack, sometimes for baking. Have multiple of them in your restaurant you will find many purposes for them.

These pans are very affordable and sturdy. We use this as a means to put our finished jerky product on, so we don't need anything fancy or NSF. The only complaint I do have is that if you're using a scouring sponge it will scratch the surface. Otherwise I will continue to use and purchase this product.

Such a great addition to my bakery! These look amazing, add additional space for cooling items and great way to store product. It’s one of my favorite pieces in the bakery. Delivered quickly, easy to assemble and very sturdy for hundreds of pies or cupcakes!!

This amazingly durable. We use them daily in conjunction with a bun rack to transport our doughnuts to our various locations. They hold up extremely well. The only complaint that we have is that it is easy for debris to get stuck on the bottom of the pan, so when we handle them a black film is transferred onto our hands.

This is the BEST purchase I have ever made!!! Absolutely in love! Saves my house and my sanity! I can not believe what a well priced item this is! If your hesitating, do not any longer! Especially if you bake from your home!!! I no longer have a unorganized area with a million random cookies everywhere! Being this organizer also helps motivate me to do more because It saves me so much space and sanity! Love love love!

This is the best purchase I've ever made! (At least for my small home bakery) It was so easy to put together, rolls very smoothly and most importantly it holds a TON which frees up a lot of space, keeps things clean and organize and makes everything easier. You need this! Plus if your storage needs grow you can stack them on top of each other. The pans are great (they don't fit my oven so I purchased half size pans that also fit perfectly in the rack) and the cover is a great bonus to keep everything safe. I love this rack!

These trays are perfect for curing my soaps. I like them with wax paper and they hold right at 100 4.5-5 oz bars per tray. I use them in my Regency bun rack and they fit great. Bought five just to test and I’m sold. The stickers do actually come off fairly easily. I just peeled off. No solvent necessary to remove them. Highly recommend.

These full size pans are great! I bought 10 of them to go in my new bun pan rack to use as shelves. They are nice and sturdy and beautiful stainless steel. They won't fit into my standard ovens (which I knew) but they will make great trays for serving and stacking items on. Very happy!

Recently ordered this rack and pan combo as our business is growing. We love this rack. It’s small but it holds a massive amount of items. Love that fact that it comes with the cover and the 12 sheet pans. Easy to assemble, easy to store. Will definitely be purchasing another one

The Regency 10 Pan Half Height Sheet Rack, is a perfect size for my home based bakery. It tucks perfectly into the corner of my work room, and glides so smoothly into my kitchen for quick loading. Purchasing the rack, with the pans, and cover was by far the best purchase decision I have made. It has helped clear unnecessary clutter from my work table when decorating my cakes and cookies!

We ordered this for our church kitchen and it has been great. It was easy to assemble as I did it my self. It is very sturdy and high quality. We have used it for raising rolls and even use it to take hot dishes out of the ovens and transport all at one time to serving tables! We plan to use it this spring when we make our Easter eggs. I purchased these sheet pans in conjunction with the 10 pan Rack, for a perfect storage solution. As a machine embroiderer, storage of threads is always a problem. My large cones of embroidery thread lay flat and nested on these trays. One tray holds about 40 large cones---so the 10 pan rack can hold around 400 cones of thread---and a whole lot of smaller spools of thread. The trays are light enough so that it is easy to slide out of the rack to see the perfect thread color. Even a tray loaded with thread has not warped or bowed with the weight. A perfect solution to have in my embroidery studio!

Awesome full size sheet pans for a great price. I use them along with full size cooling racks and a holding cabinet also purchased from this site to keep waffles warm for rush times. They are very sturdy, clean very easily, don't bend or lose their shape, stack perfectly, and drain and dry quickly after washing. We say buy them. Jeff

Bought these full size pans to use in my pan rack, They slide perfectly to fit in my Regency 10 pan half height bun rack. I don't use them in my oven since they are full size they will not fit in my kitchen oven. But I LOVE the ability to transfer cookies on to these between batches, and I also use them to store before decorating as well as drying! I also purchased the covers , all fit perfectly together and its a great addition to my home baking!

Love my new half rack for my home bakery. I have too little space in my kitchen to cool off big orders and I can always move it anywhere with the wheels on the bottom. This will definitely keep my table/counter space free and baked goods organized. I like how it came inclusive with all items, which made it easier to purchase all at once. Shipped very fast. Received an extra pan, maybe because of shipping damage, which I happen to have one dented pan.

I have used several sizes of this pan. I love what I am getting for the price - it's a solid get-r-done product - it does scratch a little easily; it seems that even my classic yellow and green kitchen sponge can leave fine marks on the pan from scrubbing if i'm not careful. These are definitely not non-stick, but just throw a piece of parchment paper on them and you're good to go. My favorite thing about them is that they don't warp/bend in the oven when it gets hot like some of the cheaper store bought pans do. They won't stay pretty and clean for long, but I know they'll get the job done. NOTE: If you have a standard size domestic oven, it's likely that this full size pan WILL NOT FIT. Mine was just a inch shy of sliding in - no fault of the pan. I didn't measure my oven before hand.
