I was a little disappointed when I received my shades.

I love them much more than i expected

product came damaged, i.e. the top of the shade's frame was bent. Furthermore it did not have any installment clips or instructions as to how to install the shade. Very disappointed. Have been a customer for decades and hope they will provide a solution to these problems. I will provide update with how it gets resolved.

I've used these Home Acadia Roman Shades in my entire house. They're easy to install and very easy to use. Wish they came in more sizes!

These shades were a huge mistake, I spent $200 on them and 3 out of the 4 are defective. They retract halfway or not at all. They were not way to install either. Also I asked Walmart customer service to send me new ones and I’ll return the defective ones, that’s impossible apparently. I need to remove these shades (also nearly impossible) and leave my kids room without shades or purchase temporary shades until new ones arrive. Don’t spend your money on these, it will be a headache and Walmart customer service was no help.

Light comes in through the sides. Won’t adjust to sit back further.

They get the job done for the price point. They were kind of complicated to install so I ended up paying a handyman to complete the install. I bought two sizes and the larger one doesn’t roll up as high automatically (probably because it’s heavier).

Not what I hoped for. Not attractive. I will be returning it.

Have these in several rooms, great linen look and blacks out most of the light

Break easily

These shades are cute, but broke right away. The tab to pull the shade down didn’t work from the beginning and I had to sew it myself. Pretty soon it stopped rolling up all the way that it should. I had ordered two of them and they both have problems. Would definitely not recommend.

Easy to Install

The shade is a perfect denim color. They are easily hung and easy to use.

Color was exactly what I was looking for.

The first shade I received did not work properly, it only retracted half way up. Talked with Lorraine in customer service and she was very helpful in assisting me with return process and sending me a replacement shade. I am very happy with my new shade it looks very good in bedroom window and works great with blocking the morning sun.

Perfect! Easy to hang up and works great! Love the fabric, looks expensive.

Don’t fit my window to exact size which is 25” so I ordered 23” but I knew that when I ordered. Decent quality for the price.

Thermal Window Shade

Holy Crap, these things work extremely well. We bough these for their look and thermal reflectivity. We put them in the three windows that make up our breakfast nook that gets a lot of sun from 9am until lunch. I come home for lunch but couldn't eat there because of the sunshine and the heat. We put the blinds up at the beginning of April and it's heating up pretty good here and today May 1 I pulled the blinds all the way down for total blockage and came home for lunch to a nice cool breakfast nook and when I came home at the end of the day the entire kitchen was cool and the A/C was not having to run. Would buy these for every window in the house that faces the sun if wife would let me.
