I hate this chair!!!

Yeah it’s comfortable for all of the first 12 hours but after that WHAM BAM NO THANK YOU MAM! Why do chairs need pre-molded padding to “lift and separate” your tush? I did not buy a bra! I would have returned it but we used the box to give shelter for the wild bunnies outside during the Texas SNOWVID storm and returns have to be returned in the original box. Wasted $200 bucks on this thing. Save yourself and don’t buy this chair!

Office Chair

The chair is really comfortable but the material it is made of is not great quality. It has already started to rip where the chair has rubbed against the wall. I understand that is not normal wear and tear but I would think the material would withstand more in just about a months time.

Very nice and comfortable chair.

I am happy with the chair. The quality seems good and the lumbar support makes it exceptionally comfortable for me. However, I did my homework prior to the purchase to find a brand that was made in the USA and Hon was at the top of the list. When the chair arrived, "Made in China" was all over the box. I do wish more retailers would disclose this information in the product description.

Chair was supposed to come fully assembled which is not true.

Easy assembly and very comfortable

Easy to put together and very comfortable. Delivery was also very fast even though we thought there would be extended delays due to covid-19.

I have purchased 3 of these chairs. The arms adjust up and down to a good height. The seat is well padded. I highly recommend this chair.

Very Good Purchase

This is a very good purchase. The arm rests have different levels to choose from. The seat is wide and comfortable. The back rest is firm and sturdy. I don't lean back so this chair is perfect for me. I recommend this chair for home or office use.

Worst Chair

This chair is extremely uncomfortable. It is also really low to the ground and doesn't raise up higher. I tried contacting HON about options for this chair and they were extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this chair. I would also give it 0 stars, not even 1.

Conference Chair

Very pleased with the easy order and fast delivery of the HON chair, purchased 12 of them! The chairs were assembled easily and fairly quickly, only 12 bolts...all parts were included and in the box. The appearance of the chair looks great and functions so far with ease especially rolling on carpet. We haven't put the chairs to full use yet (waiting on our conference table) but do not anticipate any problems. The real test will come with continual use by different employees.

Great for small spaces

We purchased this chair from the store with the intention of having the comfort of the big executive chair on a smaller scale. It is NOT as comfortable as the big executive chairs, but it serves our needs splendidly. The mesh back gives the chair a very airy feel and because it is scaled down (like the task chair that it is), it fits smaller spaces, such as a home office or nook. Love this chair! it negotiates the hardwood floors with ease when moving around in the office nook!
