The product is good, although it arrived with a piece broken, which is disappointing to say the least.

I'm very happy that Wayfair offered this product as it comes very handy for the holidays to dry wine glasses!

Husband has been waiting 20 years for a dish rack, and I finally got him this one. It’s very sturdy, an amazing price, and can store lots of dishes for drying. He loves the expansion option. Not using the stemware rack since we’re not big wine drinkers. We are on week 2 right now, and no issues so far. If the plan is to expand the rack, be aware that it does take up a lot of counter space.

Love the unit, design, functionality and construction. The SS in some components is not and it is already starting to rust after 3.5 months

This dish rack handles perfectly in the small space in which I need it. The drain trainsender from the rack to the sink needs to be longer and fit into the rack secure reinforcements.

Expandability is best part of this item. The plate holders are too shallow to hold dishes properly and there was no paperwork included such as instructions or warranty info.

It has a lot of space,so beautiful and good looking,it worth from r the price,it was delivered in two days,so fast.

I hate water stains and crust and usually throw most of the pieces in the dishwasher to wash. The spout handle is great to ensure there is no pool of water for bugs to form as it drains off on the bottom. Takes up a lot of counter space so make sure you have space for it.

I didn’t return this but really wanted to it was just to big to sit on the counter because it took up a lot of working space in a small kitchen. Now it sits in a closet in the box. I would not purchase this item again. But if you have a big kitchen you may like it. Just wasn’t what we needed
