Perfect size for my deck furniture cushions. I’m very happy with this purchase

Like the size but I cannot get the lid on. Lining up the hardware and making holes is very difficult

This deck box is just perfect for storing all our cushions for our outside furniture. It's also very attractive on our deck.

Stay Away - Poor Quality

Pieces warped and do not fit properly, not what I expected from Sam’s Club. Poor Quality/ value, very disappointing

Very poor design

This deck box has a very poor design. It relies on sheet metal screws being screwed into the single wall of the plastic panels, and as a result, it is very hard to get the screws actually to be tight and not just spinning in the holes. Additionally, the panels were slightly out of alignment, so there was extra force on the hinges when closing the lid. Since everything is out of alignment, just a few more openings and closings rip out all of the sheet metal screws. Junk - returned item.

Size is perfect for storing 24” square patio furniture cushions. Not a fan of the screws not having pre-drilled holes. I used a thin gauge finishing nail to start a pilot hole and that seemed to work. The screws are small relative to the weight of the box so am curious to see how well they hold up. Otherwise a good size and value.

Poor workmanship

Back panel does not line up because the guides are broken/bent out of shape.

As described. Easy to assemble. Perfect size to hold cushions and pillows from 6 seat patio sectional.

This is a great size for storing outdoor furniture cushions. It’s sturdy and was not too bad to put together (Thanks, YouTube!) but the final result is a little disappointing because the lid isn’t completely flat. It’s only a problem if you’re a perfectionist though because we’ve had some rain since we started using the box, and the cushions have stayed dry.

Very Poorly Designed - Would Not Recommend!

Purchased a few weeks ago and I'm very disappointed with it. Back panel is warped and does not align with the lid. As a result with the first rain the box leaked and the contents (cushions) were soaked. Poorly designed and would not recommend. When I read the other reviews I suspected that others had not assembled the product properly. That was obviously not the case.

Does not seal tightly

We were very happy with the amount of storage in this box, until we opened it to find that mice were able to get inside and chew the cushions that were stored in there. It was also filled with stink bugs. A product to be used for outside storage should be sealed completely.

Very poor quality

Bought this on sale when it was 40% off and still over paid for the quality. It's made of very thin plastic that bends and deforms with the slightest pressure. I slightly over stuffed it with pillows and as soon as the sun warmed it up the bowed out.

Do not buy

Purchased this a month ago and wished I looked at reviews before doing so. Within three weeks the screws pulled apart from the cheap plastic and our cushions have been constantly wet. I reached out to Suncast as there is a “part replacement warranty” and they accused me of installing the deck box incorrectly and will not replace the box. Seeing the reviews this cheap plastic box has clearly fallen apart for more people as well. Terrible service and for the cost of the box I expected more. Will never recommend or purchase from this company again.

ISSUE WITH THE BOX

We ordered this box last month and got it put together last week. One of the back panels that locks into place to hold the box together was broken before even being put together. My husband had to put screws in to holdback corner together.

Really big deck box. I've put 3 of them together. Make sure you follow the directions in order, because once they snap together they're not easy to take apart. I think some of the other reviews were pretty harsh. It's not their top of the line model, but it is huge. Water resistant is a plus. I wouldn't trust anything I couldn't afford to get wet in one of these though. For pool and outdoor stuff it does the trick.

Package should be improved

Slight damage to corners of BOTH deck boxes bought from DIFFERENT stores; therefore, I believe the fault is with the original packaging.

Is the completed box 2 dimensional?

I couldn't care less what size the package it comes in is when I'm shopping for a storage solution. I want to know how big the end product is, there's two given dimensions. I suppose the third is up for interpretation of "package dimensions" I want product dimensions. Maybe how big the box is matters, but so does the damm box I'm buying.
