Missing Design
Just received this peel and the “decorative” design at the top is half missing. So right away I’m disappointed. I have not used it yet but it appears to be ok. Thought the wood was bamboo but it doesn’t seem like it. Hope it works well. As far as being used as a serving platter with half the design it won’t look as nice. Not work exchanging. I will live with it

We have started making our pizzas and this bamboo peel is great for sliding the pizzas into the oven. It’s sturdy but not heavy. Cleans up easily. It’s also very nice looking so I keep it out for display. Can be used as a cutting board if needed.
