Let's get excited about baking.

I came looking for a cookie sheet that was bigger than the large, military issue, surplus, and commercial cookie sheets. I learned about a commercial bakery equipment suplly company that crossed over into home bakeware. These are definitely commercial grade. They are made in the USA, sell at a very economical price, are on the heavy side, and will last you a life time. They aren't snob cookware, but you'll want to pass them down to future generations of bakers. Don't mistake the low cost for cheap. These are not cheap. Make sure you wash them well before first use. I have no junk cook or bakerware in my kitchen. I don't buy celebrity chef or celebrity endorsed cookware, as seen on tv cookware, or cookware known for overpriced snobbery. Much of my cookware is passed down cookware or military kitchen cookware. These are a great kitchen investment, and I intend to buy more of their cookware, as needed, in the future. USA PAN is probably the best home bakeware I've seen come out in my lifetime. These are made for beginners to pros and everyone in between.

I wish all my pans were USA

I only have one, that was acquired after I had already bought several other quality brands. Having had my USA pan now for a year, I can say without a doubt that there is a qualitative difference. First, I admit loving buying from a US company. Second, the ridges make a difference, in that the cookies bake more evenly, with less chance of burning the bottoms. Finally, they do weigh a bit more, so if you're a bit older like I am, you make notice a difference as you first use them. But I quickly got stronger and used to it. I'll be replacing my other pans, bit by bit, as the diffence in the final product is worth the effort. That's how good they are.

Extra Large Sheet Pan

First of all, this company has some awesome customer support. We had a slight issue with our sheet pan and had a replacement in our hands within 2 days. Are you kidding me? How many companies treat their customers like this? Not very many! We were gifted the pan several years ago and absolutely love it. This level of quality and service is almost unheard of today and why we will continue to support USA Pan.

Very nice pan

I bought the pan and the rack, very nice set. The pan is very heavy, almost wish I’d gotten the regular one but it will be ok using it as a cookie sheet. Not my first USA pan, they are definitely the gold standard for pans.

Extra large size is great! Was a good purchase.

Nice sheet pan that fits the whole rack. The grooves are not an issue. Cookies slide right off. Wish I had bought two! I didn’t give five stars because it does slightly warp at higher temps.

Excellent baking pan

Have used the pan twice; once for baking chicken and once for baking cookies. Both came out excellent! I was careful not to exceed 400 degree temperature when baking the chicken. Neither dish stuck to the pan and cleanup was fairly easy. I washed the pan by hand which is recommended by the manufacturer. Fingers crossed the pan will last a long time.

Buy with confidence!

USA Pans are of the highest quality. Yes they cost more but you get what you pay for, a pan that will last a lifetime with regular use.

Warped on second use

Mainly used it to bake cookies at 350F or 400F. Sometimes we cook vegetables in it at 400F. It warped the second time we used it on 400F. And now it keeps warping everytime we use it even at 350F. Not very happy with it because it seems to be durable but it is not. It is too late to return it now because we don't use it very often. We may have to find a new cookie sheet.

Love these large pans!

I used one of these for Thanksgiving and I loved it. I used it with my turkey in my convection oven and the turkey was a beautiful brown skin. When I received them they were packaged very well and they had no damage, thank you for that.

Great Quality - Very Large

I bought this as a Christmas gift and was not disappointed. I was looking for professional chef-like quality and that is exactly what I received. These are extra large and fit a whole rack in my oven. Be sure to check measurements before buying. Be sure to follow the directions with regard to care.

Pretty good!

I bought this pan specifically for cookies because I was tired of using two pans to make one batch of cookies and constantly having to rotate the pans in the oven. As per the directions on the cookie mix, I used parchment paper but unfortunately the bottoms browned quickly after only a few minutes in the oven. I then used the pan to roast broccoli and had much better results. I also roasted sweet potatoes and they did stain the pan despite having covered it completely with foil. Overall the pan is heavy and very high quality and the size is awesome. Works great with fries as well!

Durable and Huge - Must Have for Oven Roasted Vegetables

Before having this pan, I had to use two pans to roast large quantities of vegetables in order to get them in one layer and roasted evenly. This pan has simplified that process because I just need the one pan. The pan is very heavy duty and doesn't warp. The non stick surface is truly non stick and very easy to clean. I do cover the surface with foil if I'm using a marinade with sugars. I bought another pan for my daughter and she loves it also.

Finally a Decent Cookie Sheet!

I am picky about my cooking tools / pans. I have gone through several sets of cookie sheets in the past 10 years due to a variety of frustrating issues. I have had this particular cookie sheet for about 6 months now and I use it for varied uses about 4 times a week. This is the first cookie sheet in recent memory that doesn't warp, doesn't rust, has some weight to it, conducts heat nicely and evenly, and cleans up easily. I confess I use parchment paper which aides in the clean-up, but still. I LOVE this cookie sheet and will be purchasing one for my daughter's birthday. Perhaps you think this is a little expensive? Maybe, but you'll have it a long time.
