[Rewarded Review] Excellent for Grilling Vegetables

A useful tool for grilling fragile items like portabella mushrooms or cabbage slices. Also, its thin profile makes it easy to store. A family barbecue was the perfect time to compare my new Dyna-Glo barbecue tools to the set my husband has been using for years. I should have taken more photos. The Dyna-Glo aluminum tray was easier for foods that need to be flipped over with a spatula because two sides are flat. It is thin and becomes kind of flexible when it is hot so it warps a little if I try to move it before it cools. My husband uses an older Weber grilling basket with 3-inch, angled sides. His basket was more rigid and easier to stir vegetables in Also, the handles on this tray are very close to the hot grill. The handles on the basket were up higher. Both tools are useful. I grill vegetables mostly. This tray is best for things that are too fragile to go directly on the drill, but are shaped for flipping, not stirring (think portobello mushrooms or large cabbage slices). I think I might purchase a basket as well for things like cauliflower and broccoli where stirring works better than flipping. The tray and the basket have the exact same footprint so they stack nicely for storage.

[Rewarded Review] Nice grill-topper for my Dyna-Glo.

This can be used on any gas grill but it fills half of my 4-burner nicely and is great for grilling food you do not want falling between the grates such as vegetables or meat slivers. It is nice and wide and low. One end is open so you can removed food easily and access what you are cooking with a spatula. It is stainless steel but it will need to be cleaned and oiled, otherwise it will stain. This topper is made in China.

We grilled shrimp for our experiment, and they came out a bit crunchy due to our overcooking!! lol… But they were still delicious! I put these small shrimps on skewers because we were supposed to flip them after 2 minutes and the skewers made it easier to do that. My husband thought he was supposed to flip them after 5 minutes, so they got a little burnt. When preparing the shrimp, I was afraid my marinating sauce would drip everywhere but this grill topper fit nicely on top of our broiling pan. The grill topper measures 13 ½ inches long by 11 ½ inches wide by 11/16 to 15/16 inches tall (due to the bend). The grill topper’s cooking area is not flat and bends upwards on one side. I was hoping that the grill topper would level out flat when it was heated up by our hot BBQ grill, but it didn’t. However, I don’t think this slight bend in the grill topper affects its cooking abilities. Cleaning it was easy with a stainless-steel scrubbing pad. Made in China. We’re happy to be able to grill small items with this grill topper!!

[Rewarded Review] Perfect grill topper

If you love to cook on the grill you love his Grill topper by Dyna-Grill. It is perfect for cooking vegetables on the grill you don't have to worry about them falling into the grill. We even use it to cook some types of meat on the grill like hamburgers that we make. This way if they start to come apart on us we don't have to worry about them falling into the grill either. They are so many ways to use this topper it is worth it weight and gold you just have to use your imagination we love it. We are going to try making French fries on the grill using this Grill Topper. We have to highly recommend it we think you like it to. If Your weather bad outside or you just don't want to fire up the grill you can even use this grill topper in your oven if you like just to remember whenever you use it grab a pair of pot holders so you don't burn your self.
