It was an exact replacement and was easy to install

You need a special 3/8” to 1/2” adapter

Product is mediocre. It does not come with a 3/8” to 1/2” adapter so you cannot install handheld shower to this without buying extra adapter. If you don’t buy this adapter and hook up shower cord water will come out of the top of this when turned on. Finding the right adapter is difficult. They had one at my local Lowe’s but it did not fit because the inside was 1 mm too wide on the faucet. I will have to search online for this special part.

This little beauty is heavy duty and high quality.

The faucet seems to be of good quality, made of metal. We've had for about a month now and has worked as it should, with zero water bypassing out of the faucet spout when using the shower. The one thing to note, and I wish they had come with, is a gasket to use between the assembly and the tub, and also should come with gaskets to replace for the water-line connections.

Clawfoot tub Faucet

I installed this at my rental house on a clawfoot tub. This was an inexpensive fix to replace the existing faucet when the diverter failed. It was a bit of a pain to connect this to the water supply lines since the faucet is 3/4". I ended up having to use galvanized pipe fittings since that was the only thing I could find.

No rubber grommets

The faucet is great for a clawfoot tub. But home depot apparently doesnt realize that changing the rubber seals is critical to not leaking and they didnt come with faucet.

Riser gate valve leaks when closed.

Nice brass valve core however should come with shower connector for riser and gasket for tub to valve mount.
