It was exactly as advertised & just what I needed.

A Quality product but not the right item. No where on this product did it state that it required a threaded connection so until I removed the old one I didn't realize this would not work for me.

I was not able to use this product as it required a threaded connection and mine is a "push-on"' connection. I returned the item. If it had been adaptable it would have been usable but it was not.

Lasted for less than a hour.

Worked well for all of 20 minutes before the diverter quit working and did not stop the water for the shower head to work.

There's got to be a better option.

The diverter leaks. Its shutoff valve does not completely shutoff water entering it.

Had to repair before using.

The orfice for the shower tube was not drilled through all the way. Shower valve inop. Had to disassemble and drill out in order for it to function.

Very easy to install but the rubber fell out of the inside after 4 days and will only fill up the tub with water and not through the shower hose.

Works great

All I did was unscrew the old spout and screw on the new one. I used the plastic insert also that came inside the box. There are no directions included, do I just googled how to replace a bathtub spout. I wanted it for a handheld shower attachment. My handheld shower attachment screwed on easily, I also used a small washer that came with my handheld shower, so it wouldn't leak.
