Shipping is in damage or product not in a good shape before shipping out. This recurred two times. Hoping I won’t see that again. Thanks for your asking.
Replacing a lighter gauge flagpole where it actually wore through the swedge at the top of the base pole section and toppled the upper part of the pole on a windy night. the changeover was relatively easy. When I raise/lower the flag the truck (pulley sheave) at the top squeaks mercilessly. Now I have to drop the whole pole to lube something that shouldn't have been shipped dry. Future buyers, lube this before you erect the pole!
Product was as advertised. Can't ask for much more than that. Installation instructions were clear. Only minor complaint is the flag clips are plastic. I would have preferred rust proof metal swivel clips which I will likely buy.
I would purchase this item again.

The Flagpole is assembled but not installed yet. This Flagpole is typical of most but the aluminum tube thick ness or metal gage is a little lite to compare to other Flagpoles I purchase. I install many Flagpoles and had to purchase this one to test it.

I wish there was a pole gap when the flag was not in use. Otherwise good product so far.
Pole was an easy install, nice height. It's only been up a day so I can't rate durability yet but I'm not too sure about the plastic clips to hold the flag. Those may be replaced with something sturdier.

it's ok, didn't use one of the sections - IMO, you should be able to use all sections, especially made in the USA - this company is missing the mark a bit for sure...keep things in the US, then make things better. 13B out.
