The backpiece bolts weren’t long enough - seems like a design flaw that appears to be common knowledge and frequent in other reviews.

I had to buy two times the first time a piece was missing. I had to take everything and they came to pick it up I re-ordered Home Depot was kind enough to give me a discount however, with my second order, I also was missing another pieces

We just received this and got it put together. As mentioned in another review, this is the older version of this hall tree. The manufacturer has redesigned the assembly of it and no longer even carries the cams used to hold the back together. They also are out of stock on the new metal plates you will need.

I purchased a Twin Star piece of furniture from Home Depot and, upon delivery, the pre-drilled holes were incorrect, making it impossible to assemble correctly. The instructions said to contact Twin Star and not return the item, so I did so. After supplying all the requested evidence, I was notified that a replacement was ordered, with an expected delivery time of up to 3 weeks. As you can see in the attached screenshots, I received all emails and logged in every time from the notifications.

Poorly made - instances of pieces not fitting at all. Some items had surface damage. It took hours upon hours to build due to endless pieces and hardware. Safe yourself from this build.

Beware: 2x Defective, Atrocious HD Support

1st unit had white paint on black panels. It's 90lbs in box, can't be reboxed and shipped back. After many calls, HD sent a truck to take it back.

Poor Construction faulty parts

The ack pannels do not fit together with the cheep hardware provided. We have put together furniture before and this is by far the worst experience we have had.

Very nice. Somewhat easy to put together, there were two pieces that were difficult to get the hardware in, but we managed it. Seems very sturdy and love the color and size of it.

Instruction is clear. Quality seems good. However, be very careful when working on the backboard as it is fragile and you need 1 people to hold them still while the one person works on the screw. I tried to do it myself and the wood where the joints are cracked. Fortunately the cracks appear at the back and I just used some strong tape to reinforce them ! Overall it is good.

Really nice hall tree bench with storage

I really like this hall tree bench with storage. All the parts were there and none were damaged. Looks great in my space. Pack your patience as it took two people to put together and about 5 hours!

Love this hall tree! The color is beautiful and it’s solid. I would but it again and the price isn’t bad. Good quality and easy instructions if you want to put it together yourself. Great for organizing and it comes with three baskets.

[Rewarded Review] Solid piece of furniture

I just bought this last month to put in our mud/laundry room leading into the house from the garage. It has given us a great place to hang a few jackets, backpacks, dog leash, and an area for shoes keeping them organized and out of the way. Took me a solid 2 hours to assemble but that's pretty average for something this size. The instructions were clear and easy to understands with no major skill involved other than following the directions. My wife and I typically have no issue putting our shoes on standing up but my parents and in-laws really appreciate now having a bench to sit on to accommodate them.

The Twin Star Home Hall Tree is a strong and sturdy piece of furniture that is perfect to help you maintain organization in your home. It has plenty of storage space, hooks to hang your coats/jackets or even a handbag. It also has ample space for your shoes and a bench that you can sit on while putting on your shoes. [Rewarded Review] Nice piece for our mud room

We’d been looking for a hall tree for our kids to take their shoes off and hang their coats. This one we got is great! It took quite a bit of screwing to get it assembled as each piece needed to be fastened together but we managed. Looks great and I love the contrast between the warm gray, off-white, and gold. Took off one star because the stickers that cover the fasteners don’t stick well and are silver instead of matching the gray (which you can’t notice unless you’re really up close). Other than that we are very pleased with it!

This nice hall tree went together easily, with the easy to assemble picture instructions. All the parts and hardware were clearly marked. It took us about three hours to assemble. It is in one heavy and well made. My husband likes how clever the hardware is concealed. I like that it has tip restraint hardware for safety. It looks good and works great for keeping things off the floor and organized. Nice to keep your jacket and shoes and umbrella all in one place. Serves it's purpose nicely. Great addition to our home.
