Great planters - reasonable price.

Perfect planters for pencil hollies I put in the courtyard to eventually provide some privacy. For now, I have them up on bricks for additional height. Cheaper price here than other sites.

Two out of three purchased leak!

Two out of three planters leaked. And when purchased for the self-watering feature, it was a huge disappointment. Home Depot was great in adjusting the price of two, but still the planter does not do what it is designed to do. I gave two stars because the design is really nice, but if you want the self-watering feature, be prepared to gorilla glue the seams to slow the leakage or buy another brand.

Perfect planter for my yard!

This is the second Mayne Fairfield Patio Planter I've purchased. Beautiful, study, no assembly required. A little on the costly side, but I anticipate the planter will last years! My vinca have thrived and doubled in size in spite in our hot desert heat. Thats because of its self watering feature.

It's a very attractive planter. It looks exactly like the picture and the description is totally on par. I love it, I just think it's overpriced for a piece of molded plastic. But, I guess that's what you have to pay to get something that's nice and attractive and will last for years.

Love this planter....purchased one last spring and another this spring. I have 9 Fairfield window boxes that match these planters. Holds up well in very cold, snowy, windy, wet weather........keeps it white color.....easy to clean. We build a cape cod home and purchased the window boxes and planters to coordinate with out home. Nothing to assemble...just take out of the box and use. Love them!

The planters came fully assembled and were very sturdy and well built. I bought them to enable us to create a hedge to keep the deer out of our yard. I wanted to elevate the plants as much as possible so that the holly plants would attain as much height as possible as soon as possible. The Homeowners Association at this point only allows wooden fences but no restrictions on plants.The Holly plants are loving their new home.

These are absolutely gorgeous, just what I wanted to beautify my desert patio! But appearance notwithstanding, need was the primary reason for my purchase. I look forward to returning here in the fall to find plants thriving in these planters because of the self-watering feature. And the cost will be well worth it knowing that my pricey plantings will survive the desert's blistering, triple-digit summer heat thanks to this critical component.
