Issues with the middle section
The middle of the couch is not as firm anymore – cushion gave away and seeps in every time I sit in the area.
Never accepted delivery - Damaged Sofa & Walls!
Hi, The sofa that arrived about 3 months ago was damaged so I did not accept delivery. In the process of removing the sofa from my townhouse, the walls of the stairwell were greatly damaged. It took an enormous emount of time emailing the Lulu & Georgia's insurance company. Finally, yesterday, I had a painter come to repair the stairwell walls. He painted from 7:30 until 2, so I had to miss a day of work. So I have no sofa, spend hours on this issue, and so forth. I would never recommend this Company, their delivery company or their insurance company. What a waste of time.
