Saucepan Replacement too short to Handle

I purchased this as a replacement for the one my husband threw out last year. We had received a complete set 35 years ago as a wedding gift and us them almost every day. I also have a set of All Clad but prefer the FarberWare because they are lighter weight. So as you can see in the photo the handle of this piece is approximately 5-1/2" which is way too small for cooking on a stove. I will even say it's dangerous over a gas stove with a flame. I'll be returning. Description does not indicate handle size. Delivery time was extended also.

I simply love my new Faberware 4qt sauce pot. It is very sturdy and will last a lifetime. I had a Faberware 4qt for over 20 years and gave it to my son.

I don’t remember when I got the first Farberware stockpot. It was decades ago. I replaced it even though it still works. My new one is shiny and the lid is tight. It’s a little heavier. The handles are firm. I was so pleased with my purchase.

Don't buy this unless you are sure you DON'T want to return it!! Oh sure, you are ALLOWED to make a return; but I had to pay for FedEx ground shipping out of the refund! I received a refund for $9.99 !!!

Farberware 4 quart pot with lid.

Very satisfied with my purchase. This pot is not as heavy as my old Farberware pot, but still cooks well and cleans up nicely.

Great Replacement

Great replacement for my old pots with chipped non-stick coating. But I really wish they had clear lids, maybe even one with a steam vent.

Sorry I got rid of my first set of Farberware

When I got married 30 years ago, I had received my first set of Farberware pots and pans and I absolutely loved them. About 8 or 10 years ago, I ended up getting a different set of pots and pans because the 8 qt Farberware pot had started to split at the seam (I had always washed it in the dishwasher which is what caused the split). The 2nd set just didn't stand up to the Farberware, so I went ahead and bought the 4 and 8 qt pots and they are just as I remembered - Love them!!

I love this stockpot. The size is perfect. It isn’t too narrow as some are. And I really like the fact that it is not too heavy. Perfect for boiling my spaghetti!

My second set of Farberware

I bought my first Farberware set in 1966. Now I have a glass top electric range and it is time for a new set. The new pots and pan are so sparkling and shinny. They heat up fast and cook all meals evenly. They are so easy to clean. Of course the old pots are saved for special coking like my "jam" pot.

FANTASTIC 8qt stainless steel stockpot

FANTASTIC 8qt stainless steel stockpot nothing like Faberware. This pot is replacing to give some time off to my original one which was my moms that lasted 45 years & is perfectly seasoned despite being still shiny makes a perfect rice but it for only special occasions to use it so my new one will be doing daily duty and some holiday dishes too!! Love Love LOVE it!!!

6 quart sauce pan

Love, love, love this 6 quart sauce pan. Fun fact: I received my first set of Farberware as a gift in 1970. I am still using every piece and now have added to the collection.
