Not received my order

I have not received them yet and planning on a refund because they were for a Christmas present. Ordered way ahead

Never received and no response from the company

I never received my items and could never get a response from the company by phone or email I am thoroughly

We were scammed, never got our order or shipping

We never recieved the order and never recieved tracking information for the order even though we were told we would within 1-2 business days of the order.

I never received the product

I cannot review the actual product because it never shipped. My efforts to contact the company were fruitless. I will not be purchasing Faberware again because this experience has soured my opinion of the company. I requested a refund but have little hope that I will receive it after seeing the F rating on the Better Business Bureau website. I can’t believe they asked for a review.

Horrible customer service and shipping!

I hate to be that person but I have placed two orders and neither ever shipped. I am still waiting for fatbereare to even respond to my two tickets. Don’t order directly from them. Horrible customer service and shipping.
