It came Extremely well wrapped!

Great cookie sheet. Only for cookies though because there is no rim on 3 sides.

It arrived slightly bent. However, I have a set like this and the pans are great.

Love these big cookie sheets. Always make big batches for family, friends, and parties. I love how the insulated sheet helps keep the cookies from baking faster on the bottom than the top. Make sure they will fit in your oven, they are big!

Not packed properly

The item design was as expected, but was not packaged well so the corners of two of my larger cookie sheets were dented. The items were packed on the bottom of a large box with tons of foam peanut shells on top. The pans should have been in the middle of all the foam shells.

Haven’t used it yet. Looks like it’s thick enough to not burn whatever you cook or warm up in the oven

Damaged Twice

I received the first sheet damaged in two places. Totally bent on the long end (handle)and one of the corners was bent in. The second sheet one of the corners was turned and the finish was cracked. It's not a cheap item. One would think the D.C. would pack it with the corners wrapped or bubbles to prevent damage. The peanuts just aren't doing it. Unless, the D.C. is sending returned damaged items out.

Not a good product

Well I have been trying to get in touch with y'all since I received the cookie sheets. I received both of them damaged. Not satisfied all with the cookie sheets. Trying to figure out what are y'all going to do about my purchase. I have pictures if you would like to see them

You have to be kidding

The sheet pans I purchased were lovely. The packing for shipping was THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN! 2 sheet pans arrived in a cardboard box the was big enough for a piano. The box was unsealed on one corner and one pan was bent from hanging out. My husband used a pliers to fix it. There was no extra packing to keep the pans from shaking in the ENORMOUS UNSEALED BOX

The best!

Damaged and all business numbers lead to nowhere.

I ordered 4 cookie sheets for gifts. They showed up in a box twice the size of the cookie sheets with on small piece of paper for packing. They were for gifts and were all damaged upon arrival. I submitted a claim and was supposed to hear back in a few days. Three weeks later, I have had NO contact and all phone numbers lead to no where. They are a good product, but their service is horrible.

Great Cookie Sheet/Poor Packaging

The cookie sheet is the exact size I needed for a large order I have. However, it was not packaged well and was bent in a corner. I did not have time to return and reorder.
