Defective

I saw the table in store and loved it. I saved up for it and had it shipped. Took very long to arrive. I have never used it as it’s in my formal dinning room. Yesterday I was changing out my decor and noticed it has 2 huge cracks bilaterally. I am so sad about it because I saved so much to buy this table. I am deeply disappointed. I will be reaching out to customer service. My hope is they can replace the top portion as the rest is still in perfect condition.

Conrad table issues

I am in love with the Conrad dining table, its long narrow design is perfect for my space.

Outstanding Service

My wife loves, loves, loves this table. We bought it during one of the Silobrations. There was a small issue with a section of the table, we called customer care and they were supper responsive and took care of the issue just in time before our family was gathering for Thanksgiving. Kudos to Customer Service at Magnolia!!!!

Prone to cracks

My wife and I were ar Cilobration in 2022 and saw this table on display at Magnolia Furniture Store. My wife loved it, so purchased it. It was delivered a few month later. We opened the box, everything looked good. We ended uo setting it up a few months after that when the dining room was remodelled and found that the tabke had about 10" crack at the end of one side. We called support center and got no help. I wouldn't recommend it. I think the pine wood the table is made of is prone to cracks.

Junk

Although this table looks beautiful it is a piece of junk. It was delivered with a crack down the middle that they attempted to fill and the putty was everywhere. It revealed the top is covered in laminate and started to bubble. By the time we got our refund the table split in two other places. We had a custom wood maker look at it and he was shocked at what we paid. Although it was fun to buy the table at Magnolia while visiting, be aware you can buy this exact table from numerous vendors for much cheaper! It was delivered by Kloss furniture and we could have bought it from them for $300 less. I can’t believe we waited 4 months for this.
