Work great as a cheap grow bulb, I put them in a simple work bench clamp fixture. 4 starts because 1/6 did not work but swapped it out for another so it was fine

Posting as the bases of these bulbs got so hot after only 3 or 4 minutes that I could not touch them until shutting them off and waiting for them to cool. In my opinion these bulbs could start a fire. |

Excellent light bulb for growing plants indoor

I purchased 3 Feit Electric A19 E26 Base Plant Grow Full Spectrum Non-Dimmable LED Light Bulb, 9W about 2 monts ago and purchased some baby herbs at Canadian Tire. The light bulbs function 24/24 hours. They don't emit any heat and don't burn the plants neither if they are too close momentarily. The herbs are growing at a very good pace and the baby lettuce plants I purchased 1 week ago are growing rapidly. I'll be able to make myself a nice salad tomorrow. Each light bulb is $18.99 which is not cheap, but the results they provide is excellent. I recommend this light bulb if you plan to grow some plants indoor.

so far it works pretty good. my plant grows stronger and faster (I give 14-16 hours light per day). I like it.

I have had this product in a lamp for a couple of years. My ivy sitting beside the lamp loves it. I bought this second bulb to put in another lamp in a different room since I was very happy with the first purchase.

When new, these bulbs work well for my orchids on a daily timer. I like that they fit into my screw-in worklight fixture, are energy efficient, and don't produce much heat. However they do not last nearly as long as they are supposed to. They will work great for awhile, then cut to about half brightness for awhile, flickering intermittently, before dimming again on their way to quitting entirely. I just bought another one to see if it does any better than the last one, but as I spoke to another user who had the same issue, I'm not hopeful for a longer lasting bulb this time. This time, however, I'm keeping the packaging (and the receipt) which mentions a guarantee so I can return it for a refund if it fails to perform again.

It is very bright. Unlike the old incandescent bulbs, you have to position it so you can't see it directly. One of the great benefits is that it generates far less heat.

This grow light bulb is the second one I have purchased (same brand) for starting seeds indoors, having bought my first one a year ago. I use them in my desk lamp and in a hanging light. They work fine for illuminating about a dozen small pots of seedlings (each), but a larger enterprise requires a bigger light. Good for small spaces, though.

Here's How to Program the Remote

I noticed a lot of the reviews stated the remote doesn't work. If you've been pressing the power, the flower/leaf, or the white light button, STOP. The diagram shows these locations on the remote as 1, 2, or 3; however, these are NOT the buttons you should be pressing. Look at the bottom of the remote and you will see the numbers, 1-2-3. These are the buttons you press and hold to program the remote. See? Easy.
