very difficult to assemble. The angle for the screw nut leaves very little room to turn leaving only a quarter turn every time.

Chairs

Received. The small Allen wrench provided didn’t work very well given the location of the bolts. It was too small and the angle was difficult to adjust. The seat of the chair had one pre drilled hole and it did not match the frame. I had to drill three holes in the seat to match the frame for the provided screws.

Bought to replace antique chairs. The color was a good match. The chairs are nice. To assemble you need to do yourself a favor and buy a hex wrench with a straight handle. Otherwise it takes forever. I would recommend.

damaged pieces on arrival

bought 2 sets. one set was fine. other set arrived with one backrest and one side rail damages. have been trying for over a month to get these parts replaced with no success.

I love the style and the company quickly sent me replacement parts for parts that had defects in them. The walnut seats matched the description. That was all good. However, the chairs’ frames and backrests are NOT the DARK BROWN that was in the chair’s description, they are BLACK:-( Even in sunlight there is no shade of brown coming through. I was very disappointed because the black does not coordinate well with my dark brown table. Also, until I was able to purchase and secure felt pads to the bottoms of the legs, streaks of black paint was left on the kitchen floor when chairs were pushed in and out.
