Works great! Takes the chill out of our basement and adds a warm glowing touch to the decor. It's very sturdy and built well. We enjoy using it.

The fireplace is much smaller than the picture shown.

Fireplace heater makes popping noise

This is my 2nd review Heater insert makes popping noise. Sent multiple emails & Finally a response se stating sending a replacement insert. Received & it’s Too Small for the fireplace. O be agains sending multiple emails because their Customer Service phone number has a Full Voicemail box & can’t leave message. They NEVER answer the phone!

Very happy with our purchase. Much nicer than any we looked at. Gives the look of a real fireplace.

Nice rustic fireplace but heating element goes out

I've purchased 3 of these fireplaces and the heating element went out on 2 of them after 1 year. I love the look but disappointed in the quality.

Would be a five if not a little chip on the back otherwise this works well and is looks good. Would recommend to friends

Looks good, but makes noise

I don't know if we just got a bad one, but ours makes a type of grinding sound. It looks good and the fire is decent, but that sound gets annoying. When the heater is on, it does drown out the sound some, but that's not the point. We have another electric fireplace which is basically silent, so we know this sound isn't common to all electric fireplaces.

Stone looks very realistic. Flame is adjustable. Has a timer. Has a remote. Heat pumps out great and is adjustable. And best of all it comes already assembled!!!!

I live this fireplace. It was packaged very well and arrived fully assembled. I bought this for my office but had to move cross country and couldn't bring it with me. My colleague saw an opportunity and took it for himself. Says a lot about the quality and beauty it adds to a room. Used it for one year bo issues and the remote is super convenient.
