The customer service was fantastic—they kept me updated throughout the shipping process and even followed up after delivery to ensure everything was okay. Setting up the fireplace was easy, thanks to the clear instructions. It adds a cozy ambiance to our living space and warms the room efficiently. The flame effect is so realistic that our guests often mistake it for a real fire!

Product was defective.. Appears someone damaged the product then repacked as new..Waiting on response from vendor…Also flames did not work along with remote control

You need to play with the controls

You need to play with the controls to get it to look more realistic, also you need to add stones/glass and possibly wood branch to make look better

Cool electric fireplace

Just had it installed as part of a remodel. Very nice look but will need to spend time learning how to use it. Right now the flames are red and the rocks keep changing colors so I feel like I'm on a disco.

Fireplace is great - delivery service was not. They didn’t deliver when they says they would and then there was confusion at the warehouse - we had to go pick it up locally because our contractor was waiting on the fireplace to finish the project.

Excellent addition to family room

The process was seamless, ordered online after I called to verify that the fireplace would fit in my existing wall. Product was delivered as expected, hired a certified electrician for the installation, and a drywall/painter to patch and paint the walls. I’m extremely satisfied with the finished look. Totally different aesthetic from the huge bulky gas fireplace that was replaced. Not to mention I got a lot of open space back. The family loves it!!!!!

Minimal heat was produce

Although it generates only a small amount of heat, it is very aesthetically pleasing. This has a lot of room for improvement, especially considering the price range.

Aesthetically pleasing but produces minimal amounts of heat. A lot of improvement could be made to this for the product but overall it serves it purpose for the heating part.

Very happy with our purchase

The item was first on back order but I received the option to wait for it to come back in stock or cancel the order. The vendor did a great job communicating my options. It did arrive quicker than I expected despite being on back order. Although it arrived damaged (not the vendors fault) it appears it was damaged in shipping the vendor provided a quick resolution.

We need to return it because the surround was not tall enough to cover our current recess. Unfortunately we order it without knowing that. Otherwise, delivery was prompt and pleasant experience.

Really love the product I wish I would have gotten a bigger size but I love it

The fireplace looks great! Installs easily. I ended up hard wiring the unit instead of adding an additional plug inside the wall. The remote could use its own instruction manual. There are 3 colors on the remote and each had 5 settings of intensity from a 100 percent down to off. Depending on what level you set each color you can create your own semi custom looking flame.
