We thought it would just look great below the TV but it also puts out some decent heat! Love the look - and the heat!

Somewhat Dissatisfied

Purchased a unit a few weeks ago it was back ordered for sometime just received it unit seems to be nice just wish the optional snap cover would be a little taller to cover more than just the glass area I am using this in an drywall application with no stone or nothing surrounding the unit, had to trim the unit out in wood which I would've preferred not to do all of the brochures don't tell you this. For the cost of the unit they should have a bigger trim kit available. Very Dissapointed !!

VERY Disappointed!!!

Puts out very little heat!!! That’s even on high! I already built into my home, does not just slide in and out so stuck with it now. Looks nice but what’s the point of having a fireplace that does not warm up . Your room???? I have a small tv console unit I paid $400 for that put out way more heat than this. Loved it so much I wanted a bigger, more permanent unit. That what I did and now I’m stuck with this one. Oh well. Best laid plans..
