Never Received

Never Received Item - was charged and got tracking number but never shipped. Now told not available but only after calling twice and being assured I would receive my item. Now waiting to see if my credit is actually posted. They were trying to credit less a discount I would have gotten on the other item regardless. Not correct to prorate another discount that was valid on the other purchased item. Then told they didn’t have the product available in other colors when I went on the website and saw it was available. I shouldn’t have to call to get the discount I should have gotten. Very annoyed

Fiesta dishes

Some of the dishes are crooked, don't sit flat. Macy's uses AI to talk to customers so there is no way to resolve the problem

Love the style and color sadly 2 of the bowls were broken but otherwise what I wanted and beautiful

Absolutely love the ability to order dishes online and have them delivered to my home with no problems.

I first set, came with a broken and customer service quickly remedied by sending me a new one ASAP! Excellent customer service and quality items 

Broken in Shipment

It’s ridiculous that someone doesn’t know how to securely pack pottery dishes! Half of the dish set was broken when shipment arrived.

Love these classic dishes. Very affordable, decent quality and cute colors! Easily replaceable, piece by piece. Always on sale somewhere.

Perfect Dishes,

Great color, love the style, and perfect weight. After 20 years with my Denny I wanted some dishes that were new and fresh. They sturdy too but not to heavy!

All but one of the dishes arrived in perfect condition. Hopefully a replacement of the salad plate will be forthcoming. I love the dishes and have always been happy with my Wayfair purchases.

Macy's had Fiesta Ware and was very happy

I have always loved Fiesta Ware. Been around for decades. Over the years I have had other place settings, but when I saw my neighbors Fiesta Ware she had for years, it made me want to get some again. Macy's was very efficient in shipping and it came beautifully packed and am loving using it.

I am in love with Fiesta Ware and probably because I grew up with it. I love the scarlet color. I was shocked when I saw that Macy’s had what I wanted. I wish I could find the mugs though. I understand that they are very hard to find! Thank you Macy’s.

The dishes are beautiful! I ordered a set of blue and a set of green to mix and match. The dishes arrived promptly. I’m always fearful of ordering dishes because they are often broken. However, I was so impressed with the way the dishes were packed. No broken dishes and no chips.

Fiesta dishes

I ordered the fiesta dishes when I received them they were loose, not packaged together, I had to return them. They looked as though they were used. They had scratches all on them, though somebody had to use them. I was so disgusted. I returned the whole set of everything. Then, when I returned them, the girl forgot to credit me for one of the platters.

This Sky Blue color is just beautiful!! I have so many of these dishes, I had not intended on buying anymore. Then I saw this color in the store. Love, love, love!
