Too Hot
This lamp is sleek, modern, and functional. The small size and collapsibility are awesome. I was very pleased until I noticed how hot the metal got after only being on for 1 minute. I'm talking burn-your-fingers hot! Sadly, I had to return it.
I do not like the halogen bulbs. Had to order led bulbs today which cost another 40.00.
Nice light but not dimmable
This is a very nice light and I like that it does not have an LED bulb but I would have liked it even more if the lamp was dimmable. The light is bright and the lamp would go with many decors.

This lamp looks great and was easy to assemble. However, it comes with a halogen bulb that was WAY too hot. The metal shade got hot enough to burn to the touch and seemed to be a fire hazard. It is a very odd bulb type, but luckily cheap LED replacements are available online. If this came with the LED, I'd give it five stars. Still, happy with my purchase.
