[Rewarded Review] Nice Chair

Ordered this online. Chose one of the options the website set up for the delivery. The delivery company, Veyer, changed the delivery address without informing me. Everyone works part-time at the church. Just so happened, someone was at church the day of delivery. Otherwise our expensive chair would be up for grabs to the neighborhood. So, be careful which address you choose to ship to! Overall, a good chair!

Do Not Buy

I bought this chair and it was delivered in a beat-up box. After assembling it i noticed that the top of the chair back was cracked. Since OD wont ship me a replacement part now i must return it.

broken after 9 months

i bought this chair in sept 2022. i was happy with it until today. the chair broke today. one of the casters broke the weld. it supposedly has a 2 year warranty. i will need to call customer care.

Worth the price

Easy to assemble, a little heavy, but overall great quality.

OMG IT SQUEAKS!!!

Make it stop!!!! I have had this thing a week and no matter what I do it squeaks. Every little move makes a sound it is so comfy, but so noisy. I will agree that this thing does feel cheap for the price point. I was hoping for more quality, but apart from the squeakyness I don't feel like it is going to snap in two under my weight or anything so I will give it a change. The price vs quality is what is the main cause for 3 stars. I would expect less plastic involved for the amount of money I spent. I would recommend this, but with caveats, do not pay full price for this item. I got it on sale and if I had paid full price I would be likely returning it.

Good chair but back doesn't stay up

I do like this chair but the back, which can raise and lower, doesn't stay up. You can hear it ratcheting when you raise it but it just slides back down.

comfortable but cheap materials for the price

This chair is comfortable and does provide back support but for nearly $400.00 for an office chair, I expected better quality materials. The arm rests are molded plastic and don't feel too secure. The plastic wheels don't roll...I have to scoot the chair in and out from the desk. The underneath side is slopily stapled and I can tell the post on which the main body of the chair rests is some kind of pot metal and, my experience has been, that it can break after a short amount of time. So even though this chair is supposed to be for big and tall, I will be worried about the quality until it proves out better than it seems.

Not Worth the Money

Bought this chair 6 months ago. At first it was great - very comfortable. The back frame is now coming apart and I can't lean back without fear of it snapping off completely. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Quality control issues. Seat cushion had uneven measurements and arm rests were unevenly placed. Returned. (Was open box, so likely returned before for same reasons - should not have been resold.)

Awful

The back on this chair won't stay up which makes the back very uncomfortable. The seat feels like it is tilting forward so I feel like I'm being launched out all the time. And it is uncomfortable to sit in so at the end of the day my back hurts. I'm so mad I'm stuck with this chair at work all day.

Like the chair, doubt a 400 lb person would fit

The chair is noted to accommodate a weight of 400 pounds. I am not near that weight (in the 200ish range) and I don't have a lot of extra room in this chair at all. Having said that, it is pretty comfortable, feels sturdy, wasn't hard to put together. The back of the chair doesn't move and for some reason, I thought I would be able to lean back. I will have to look at the directions again. Overall, very good, not great chair.
