Chair is not pure why like shown in photos it is a cream color. I’m not sure if that is said in any other reviews or if I was sent the wrong chair or what but I was definitely disappointed. I bought this to go with my white vanity so at first glance it looked off. After consideration I decided to keep since I will be using while doing my makeup a cream will be more forgiving if I get any makeup on it. So just beware you may not get the stark white chair in the picture

Beautiful, very sturdy chair. It was a bear to put together (2 person job) but well worth it.

It’s a beautiful chair but is not comfortable for a shorter person. I’m 5”4 and it didn’t fit me correctly.

Do not buy this item, it’s terrible. The back of the chair will not fit during assembly. I tried for hours trying to make it work. I was able to kind of assemble it, but it’s not stable. Avoid at all cost.

This chair is so comfortable and easy to put together. I have recommended this to friends who are looking for a new office chair as well.

First let me say the chair is beautiful after all the hard work of putting it up by myself( I’m a lady) … BUT the chair is not white it’s cream or more like off white, the arms was hard for me to put together… I struggle a lot putting it together I think it took the it apart 2x lol but i love it after

Please know this chair is not white, it is cream; I am personally fine with the color since my desk is cream as well. The bottom of the chair is sturdy and heavy, and the seat padding is great, very comfortable. The back of the chair however, is horrible. It is not secure and loose. The chair back does not even screw on, it has some slats (which came rusted) and the back does not even slide securely in the slats. The seat back is not upright and leans back, which is unforgettable and not conducive for work. Shipping was also horrible; delivery was delayed with no info provided. When it finally came, the box was tore up and the packaging inside was ripped open as well; thankfully no parts were missing. For the cost this should be much better, not a good purchase.

I really love the style of the chair. I was disappointed as to I ordered white but It came it had a yellowish tint, you can see certain areas with the white but certain area had the yellowish look. It think it has something to do with storage. It wasnt properly wrapped up when delivered and the box was slightly open. It had little bugs in the bag. Wayfair rep told me it is a off white beige color and that it is probably the color of the item but I have the item and the item is 2 toned.

I absolutely love my chair. It was somewhat easy to put together. I had a hard time getting the back of the chair to align with the slots. If it were not for that it would have been five stars. It is comfortable and yes the color is not white like I had hoped but more of a light cream color. The chair is huge which is a true executive chair. I included a pic of one of my pure white office chairs for comparison. The sparkles are from my light fixture so don't mind that. This is an awesome purchase.

Aesthetically: it’s impressive & large

Unfortunately the color indicated on the website description is incorrect. This is a cream coloured chair…it is not an “off-white” either, it pulls yellow tones big time. Will have to return start again.

Very comfortable, easy to assemble and looks great! Unfortunately it’s not as strong as it claims. One armrest broke within 6 mos and the other a few months later. The tilt also went south after not long and broke completely after a year!

Uncomfortable, seat too high, lack of adjustments

A Feng-Shui consultant recommended I get a high back chair, so I thought this would fit the bill. The product images for this chair made it appear that the back tilts while the seat remains stationary, but that’s not the case. The entire chair is fixed and only tilts and goes up and down. I could live with that, but the seat is hard, and the lowest height is much too high for most people; I’m 5’ 11” and my feet cannot sit flat on the floor with this chair at its lowest seat height. The tilt can be locked at any angle as opposed to select positions. The polyurethane faux leather looks okay, but certainly not like real leather.

Don't know what you hard bottom cushion people are talking about .....

High Back is Crooked

My daughter purchased the chair for her bedroom desk area. It is visually appealing and is comfortable to sit on. The reason for the 3 stars is the design of the high back. The back has two metal tracks (on each side) that allow the back to slide up & down. First, it is difficult to adjust the back of the chair (doesn't slide very easily), and second, the seat cushion blocks the back from sitting flush. Because of this, the high back is slightly crooked. Not even the local Staples store could straighten it. The Staples crew said when the seat cushion is worked in, the high back will fit better.

The chair came in good condition & was easy to put together. The chair on the website says it's white & the picture looks white. Unfortunately, in my black & white office, it is clear that this color is not white. I kept it because I really need an office chair. It is much better than the decorative chair I had. I changed my rating to 3. The chair is nice, it's just not the color advertised.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift in Oct 2019 with delivery in November. Since December use a caster has broken. Less than 30 days use. The chair is now unstable. How do I reach the company to get sent replacement casters?

Looks great. Feels like you are sitting on a wooden chair - hard as a rock. Not very comfortable. It is a beautiful chair and I will get use to it - but I am buying a cushion to sit on it. Also, it was very difficult to get the back on. The seat cushion is too large and you have to pull and push. I almost gave up. Took way too long to put together right.

For the money this is an attractive chair. I bought it in brown. Some vinyls do look like leather, but not this one. The product arrived quickly, and assembly was not too difficult. The problem is that while this chair looks quite nice, it really is not at all comfortable. The seat cushion is very hard and does not contour. Had I gone to a furniture store, instead of ordering online, I would have sat in this chair and would not have bought it (even though the price is good for a chair such as this).

This chair is gorgeous and at a great price point. It was a huge pain to assemble though, we needed two people to hold the arms together close enough in order to attach them to the seat. However once assembled its sturdy, functional, firm but very comfortable and has a great cushion and I love the high back.
