I wasn't keen on ordering chairs on line, but I was having trouble finding office chairs in stores with no arms and this chair seem to have all the features I was hoping for. I took measurements from the chair I currently use and this chair had almost the same ones. It wasn't difficult to put together except one piece that wasn't curved quite right and so one screw wouldn't catch. Once I had put it together and and sat in it for some time while working at my computer, I discovered it wasn't comfortable for me. It took some effort to take it apart, but I couldn't afford to give it away so sent it back for a refund. I received my refund right away.

Very comfortable, but...

Very comfortable, but almost impossible to adjust tilt of chair. It came tilted forward so that I felt I was going to slide off. The middle lever to adjust tilt seemed to do nothing. My husband had to flip the chair forward on the floor and lay on it to have enough force to change the tilt. No average person could have done this. I also wish it could be raised a little higher, but I'm getting used to it. Very attractive and comfortable once adjusted. Good luck with that!

Great Chair!

This Chair is just what I needed! I was using a folding chair at my small desk, but I need more comfort and support. This chair exceeded my expectations! It is small yet has a good size seat for leg support. The back has great support, I can work at my desk and be sitting back in my chair. The three position changing levers make it so you can customize this chair to what you need, height, lean of the back, and lean of the seat. I can put the back where it is comfortable for how I sit, I am not leaning to find the back to rest on. I can adjust the seat so I feel my feet are properly on the floor, but not bunched up or reaching down. And the seat adjustment I never understood until this chair. I can adjust where the pressure is being put and make sure it is even, between my boodle, and my thighs!

Grey - Mid-back Armless Chair

The chair is nice quality except it has a tendency for the seat to dip forward. Tried adjusting seat and it doesn't make a difference. Chair would probably be better suited for someone tall as the seat height does not go up enough. Not really worth the money spent. Kind of disappointed.

So Comfortable!

Great padding on seat and back. Very adjustable to fit individual preferences. The weave fabric may be hard to keep clean, but that is the only reason I did not give this 5 stars. I am just keeping the chair covered to help keep the fabric looking great.

I was well pleased with the chair. Unfortunately, after opening the box, 1 piece of the raising mechanism was broken. Pick up and return was well handled quickly. Also, credit to credit card was prompt.

Very comfortable chair

We bought two of these for our homeschool room. They are great! So comfortable and easy to adjust. My 12 year old daughter put them together. This was a great buy. We are really happy with them.

Bad Purchase

One of our employees selected this for me to order and after receiving it and putting it together, realized the seat had very little padding, it doesn't adjust upward much, and the seat itself slants downward making it extremely uncomfortable. Do not recommend ordering this product. Bad choice.

Easy to assemble and adjust

This is a solid, sophisticated multi-function chair -- quite a deal at the price. The text-free instructions were easy to follow. Assembly took only 5 minutes. Thick, comfortable cushions at the height and angle you want. I'm glad I didn't opt for a cheap bare-bones model.

Great chair for me

I am 5'3" and I feel that this chair is just right for me. I have short legs and the depth of the seat is perfect for me. I like how adjustable it is (seat back height, seat back tilt, seat tilt, adjustable arms, and of course the height of the chair itself. It is very comfy for sitting at my home computer and while I sew.

Comfortable and Quality-Made!

Beautiful, smooth real black leather; very soft; nicely padded. Easy to make adjustments to make it feel exactly the way you want it to be. As a bonus, the three adjustment bars do NOT stick out as far as they appear in the website pic. Amazing chair for the money!

Not Happy With Purchase

The Service and delivery were fine. The product was definitely NOT the quality that it appears in the photo. It looks like a well padded/cushioned chair, but it isn't. I feel like I am sitting on a piece of cardboard, covered with fabric. There is no padding at all. The color says burgundy, but it is deep purple. If I could send it back at no charge to me for shipping, I would do that. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Not the bargain it seemed to be...

The price was great and it was easy to put together. The back moves with you and returns to position which is very nice. However, that plush seat is...NOT comfortable. I am not tall, but find the seat not to be high enough. Also, the seat slants downward at the front. Giving you the sensation of being dumped like out of a wheel barrow. None of the three adjustment levers seem raise it.

worst purchase ever

bought this office chair because it was an ergonomic chair looked very comfortable and with a lot of cushion. when i received the chair and put it together i sat on it and it was like there was no cushion on it at all and i was sitting on the board itself. I also thought the back was going to adjust so that it would fit my back but i was wrong also i can't even sit back because i feel like i am leaning back i would never recommend this chair to anybody. regret that i ever purchased it and learned that i should read reviews before i buy. sincerely really disappointed

chair itself great, shipping not so much.....

The chair itself? Very heavy and well built, solid! Good padding, not too hard. The chair back reclines and arms are adustable as far as height goes. Thr entire chair height, easy to manuvear, is adjustable office chair I ordered was missing the screws needed to assemble goes. The seat is shorter in terms of the area of it, than I would've liked but I have long legs so that may be why. , ,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, However, chair arrived in the cardboard box with almost no packing around it to protect it, and one of the corners of box was missing and wrapped in clear packing tape. I was missing all of the screws needed for assembly, and since there were literally no names or part numbers that were assigned to the parts, at least according to the ONLY sheet of paper sent with the chair, I had to take pictures of that paper and send them to a few different people so that someone could figure what I was missing. Customer service was extremely apologetic, of course, and I was told that the warehouse was contacted as to when the parts would be shipped out and I would be notified as soon as the ETA for the parts was determined. This took around two days, but the time frame for the parts to arrive from the time I was told they would be here was incredibly fast and sooner than I expected them to come. , ,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, When I got the parts needed to assemble the chair, I started to do this, but unfortunately I discovered that I had been sent two right arms for the chair- not a right and a left arm. Literally, the same scenario occurred as can be read in the above paragraph in reference to the missing screw parts, thus I will not repeat it., ,,,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I do have to reiterate that customer service at the Overstock.Com end was extremely courteous, apologetic and their email responses were much quicker than I anticipated. , ,,,,,,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Luckily, I don't get too upset about this kind of situation, however, if it were anyone else, I don't think they would've acted the same. Maybe QC at the warehouse or wherever they box these chairs needs a drug test and/or some re-education regarding appropriate packing and shipping procedures.

2 left arms

I bought this ergonomic chair for my home office. Chair parts looked like they were thrown in the box and the assembly instructions were simple enough to follow. My only complaint was that the company put 2 left arms in the box. My son was able to switch the top arm rest to face the right way but I have a chair where the button to adjust the arm rest faces the back of the chair while the other arm faces the front. Should I have returned it- maybe although the box weighed close to 50 lbs and I didn't want to lug it back to the store. But, it was an easy fix, it's not an inconvenience and the chair is comfortable because I work 9 hours a day. It's good enough for now.

Assembly was accomplished from pictorial instructions in about 20 minutes. All tools provided.

A man's chair made to last, sturdy and durable. Adjusts for comfort, wide seat, well cushioned. Too big for a small petite woman's frame, no spring tilt, no noticeable rise to leg lift, no Lumbar support can be felt. Can rest my head on the top of the cushioned chair back, add a throw, take a nap. Worth the price.
