Unhappy customer

This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying something online. The stools arrives with missing hardware needed for assembly. After several emails and 4 phone calls, I still do not have the missing pieces that are required. I have asked for a refund and am having to wait while they contemplate a refund! Do not buy from this site.

Destroyed due to NO insulative packing

Purchased 2 of these chairs. Somehow “Flash Garbiture” thought it would be acceptable to shove them in a box with the backs separate (they have to be attached) without ANY INSULATION OF ANY SORT! Bizarre and idiotic and the chairs rubbed up on each other and were ruined.

The GHOSTBACK Bar Stools once shipped arrived quickly but it took about 8 total days to get them. There was minimal assembly required. They look great around my bar height granite counter top and match my small contemporary kitchen table in my kitchen area. It adds just the right of additional contemporary flair I was looking for. Love how these look in my space. Looked everywhere for this and got a better deal. I’m so happy with my purchase as they are durable and beautiful.

Bad packing

Thay came today hard to get apart and they are so scratched up. I have gotton ghost dining chairs in past, but this was the worst. Can not bet price but I now Know Why.

Bad bad bad product. The 4 chairs were all stuck as piled on top of each other in the box! Ridiculous. We had to return it.

I ordered two sets of 4 chairs and they were completely stuck together both times.

I ordered 3 and they arrived stacked in the box. It took three people and about two hours to get them unstuck. If you order more than one bar stool they need to be packed differently so they are not stuck together. Also, the stickers on them had to be removed with WD 40 as they left a waxy substance on the clear acrylic chairs. The backs of the chairs were easy to assemble. Overall, I like the bar stools but it was very frustrating to get them apart from the stack.

They WOULD be nice if they didn't come stuck together!

I bought 2 chairs and when they came, they were and still ARE stuck together!!! Hayneedle is wonderful when it comes to customer service and refunded me however I still want the chairs. I'm nervous if I buy them again, they will come the same way-stuck together.

Very nice barstools

We love the barstools! BUT they came packaged 4 to a box and were next to impossible to separate and pull apart. We had to soak them in very warm soapy water in the bathtub and pull the bubble wrap out between the legs with a putty knife. It took forever. Before we came up with this idea, we called and we were told to put a towel on the barstools and hit it gently with a rubber mallet. This did not work. So you need to come up with a better way to ship and package these barstools. Maybe this will help the next person purchasing them.

Best Chairs Ever!

I love it!!! I didn't think it would be so sturdy and simple to assemble. Cutest chairs ever however not the most comfortable but because they are clear I plan to put different chair cushions to change color and look to my kitchen

Chairs arrived on schedule and beautifully packaged. They assembled easily and appear sturdy enough to take my weight. My only criticism is the slight, overall light purple hue to the chairs instead of colorless.

Clean and Classy

Great chair! Purchased 2 just to try out and they came very quickly and packaged well. They are very sturdy and look clean/elegant. Not necessarily made for bigger gentlemen. My husband is 6'2" and about 190lbs. He sits fine and the chair is sturdy, but not too comfy for him. These are for our island and will work just find for their purpose.

Chic and wallet friendly

I was a little hesitant buying these because the price was so much lower than the other ghost barstools I had seen but I figured why not. I am so glad I did! they were super easy to put together (2 screws) and they look fantastic! The foot rest does seem a little flimsy, but other than that I see no possible issues.

The chairs are a little wobbly. I thought they would be stiffer. I don't know that they would hold up inder a larger person.
