Big & Tall

Happy to have found this to meet our office's need for a comfortable and functional big & tall desk chair. Happy with the quality, price, and overall first impression of the chair.

Poor show

Underwhelming. High cost and delivered with deficiencies after a 3 week wait. The Staples solution? Disassemble this awkward and heavy thing and ship it back to Staples. Order a replacement. Poor experience & poor quality.

Chairs are great. Easy to put together. Only bad thing was they were just dropped off in front of my garage in the rain and in cardboard boxes. They should have been carried the ten feet to put them on the porch under the roof.

I got this chair because the last chair I purchased. Pitched me way forward and was causing stress on my knees. This chair went together easily. It is a solid chair Its comfortable And it works very well for me sitting in it eight hours a day

This may be better than the chair I have at the actual office and it cost 4x the price!! It has good support in my back though I did add a bit more just bc of my particular body shape. I am so glad I found this for wfh days.

Weigth capacity is not 400 pounds

I weight just a bit over 300 pounds and this chair gave out after about 9 months of use. Do not buy if you expect it to last.

Very comfortable chair for the bigger guys! Beats the overpriced chairs you find in the stores.

Strong and Easy

I am a disabled man with nerve damage in my right hand and this was so easy to assemble myself that i could not believe it. Everything is done with Allen Wrenches. The hardest part was to connect the back seat to the rest of it. I am also a big boy weighing 300 LBS and it held me with no problems! Strong and easy to assemble!

Chair sits going down so not the most comfortable. Material okay.

A good quality chair that brought imediate relief from back pain while sitting for lengths of time.

It's difficult to judge office chairs online; I needed one that was sturdy and would receive regular use. This one checked all the boxes, and has stood up well so far under daily use.

A letdown

The pneumatic lift feature works, but the chair is uncomfortable. You have to fumble around to find the chair arms, and the chairback is non-adjustable. Disappointment.

It took us an act of congress to get the chair, because UPS delivered it across town from me, to a business where no one is ever in the office, but after a week of hassles with UPS, my husband went to the railroad switchyard where it was delivered, and finally found it (UPS told us that WE would have to either go look for it and try to find it, or to file a claim with Wayfair!! Wayfair did nothing wrong!! We didn’t get it until 7 days after it showed delivered (it was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband…that didn’t work out so well. Anyway, after finally getting it home and put together, my husband loves it!! He said that it’s comfortable, he likes the support that it has, and he likes the way everything is adjustable.

At first it didn't work. I called up the company and told them my problem and they sent the replacement parts. Once I got the new parts on it, it is working well and is very comfortable.

Lift handle does not work

Comfortable chair. Only issue is that it cannot go up or down. The handle does not work.

Comfy chair!

A good, supportive chair. Kind to the back and the butt, this chair is comfy and holds quite a bit of weight, making it a good chair to purchase for "guest use"...it allows you to accommodate everyone without making folks singled out.

Bad chair

Terrible chair. No adjusting at all. Uncomfortabl.

Worst chair ever

Worst chair ever! So uncomfortable, and the hydraulic cylinder failed after 16 months. Got a "replacement" cylinder (that you need to be Bob the Builder to actually install) which failed after just 6 months. I spend more time hiking my chair back up than I do working some days. Total waste of money.
