Sturdy, but uncomfortable

The seat is too short and too hard. The adjustable lumbar sticks out too far irritates my back.

Comfortable chair glides easily

I love this chair. I use it without the arms and it is more comfortable for me to get in and out of multiple times per day from my desk. It glides easily, and I like the support of the high back. If you are going to sit in a chair most of the day, make sure it is comfortable.

The frame for the wheels is razor sharp and regularly cuts my feet

For some reason this chair has razor sharp edges above the wheels which catch your heels and slice into the skin, I'm currently sat with a blood soaked plaster because of this. Also the lumbar support bar is best removed, one of the most uncomfortable things ever, it is like sitting with your back against the edge of a desk.. once removed, the chair is comfy, if it doesn't take the skin off your feet. If you buy this chair, take a file to the sharp metal above the wheels to round the edges off.

Good Chair - But BEWARE

Pretty happy with the chair after a year of using it. I'm 6'3 and do wish it was a couple inches taller. But it is relatively comfortable and the adjustability of the arm rests is great (more than I need).

Horrible chair. Very uncomfortable. Almost no cushioning on the seat. I had to stop using it as I was getting terrible low back and tailbone pain. I’d return it if I could.

not for big just it is for tall

i have had this chair for about a week now and it is not that great. Rolls good nice and cool on my back but that is where good ends. Can't but the arm rest down unless i shift to one side, legs hang off the side a little and i keep kicking the post where the wheels are would be okay with that but the ends are sharp. going to try and get a different one.

Big and Tall Chair

I wanted a "big and tall" chair for my office. This is perfect!

came in a box that already been opened. not all screws and threads readily matched. bit of a pain to assemble.

chair needs wrench

It's a nice looking chair and comfortable but really should say you need a 12 mm wrench. My wrenches were all inches but I did manage to put it together with a phillips screwdriver and pliers although that was awkward and took me 1 hour and 45 minutes. The wheels are pre-attached to the base which is helpful. The screws attaching the armrests and base to the seat are sometimes difficult to attach. Some are awkwardly placed related to the metal edges so difficult to insert with a pliers. There were 10 screws and screw holes in the arm rests for attaching the arm rests to the seat but only 9 screw holes in the seat and I was only able to insert 8 screws due to inaccurate placement of 1 hole.

Great Chair

I have lower back issues an was having a hard time finding a nice chair that would also support my back. This one is the real deal. I am more comfortable at work now and can actually focus on work and not my back hurting

Solid

We bought two of these chairs for two of our bigger guys. The chairs are well built and our users--who sit most of the day, find them more comfortable that the well padded chairs they replaced.

GOOD CHAIR BUT SITTS TOO LOW

CHAIR IS COMFORTABLE, BUT I NEED IT TO BE 2-3 INCHES HIGHER LIKE MY LAST CHAIR.

Good Chair

Replaced a Staples chair that slowly leaned (bent) to the left. It was a good chair for the price but I'm 6'6" and 300 pounds. I needed a better chair for my home office. This chair feels like the correct answer.

Short lived success

Worked great... for 4months. Then the back stopped working. Now up and down doesn't work. Not as advertised.

All Around Awesome

I recently purchased 4 of these chairs for the taller and bigger guys in our office. Once one guy got this chair, the other 3 specifically requested this one as well. It's easy to assemble (the screws and washers aren't packed very well so you may have to search your box), adjustable back, arms, and height. They all love it! Very sturdy and built for long lasting. Weighs about 50 lbs so be prepared when it delivers if you have to carry it up any stairs. It's an amazing value compared to other chairs on the market and I am currently planning on purchasing another soon!

Comfortable chair

This chair easily accommodates my tall large frame and is very comfortable. The delivery also came sooner than expected. One criticism is that the manufacturer could have packed the contents better. The bolts were scattered in the box and I was missing a few washers. The instructions also left a lot to be desired.

This chair is not big and tall

I bought this because I'm a big guy and I read reviews of big guys breaking regular chairs. I was extremely disappointed to find that this seat is lower and shorter under your legs than the cheap chair that I have now. This seat cushion is not comfortable, there is nothing ergonomic about the shape of this seat cushion. Returning it has been painful. You have to disassemble it and re-carton it which is impossible with the original packing. We probably have four man-hours in returning this.
