This is my first product purchased from Wayfair, so this is going to be unfathomably and brutally honest...

This is a great office chair. We have now bought 8 of these chairs over the last year.

Beautiful chair, assemble the first one I received the adjustment mechanism did not work. Called customer service who was super knowledgeable and helpful. Received new one within two days. everything was ok except one of the armrests had holes drilled for the armrest and space was off by over an inch.

Very easy to put together, but the seat back tilt does not work. I really need the seat to be more upright. Returning it for a refund. The seat of the chair is very comfortable, but the back is terrible.

My husband and I work from home we needed a comfortable chair for our office and this definitely was that! Not only is it comfortable, it’s a nice looking chair!

Sturdy and absolutely comfortable. The wheels roll like butter. Easy to assemble (it took 10 minutes) and was packed without a scratch!

I used to watch TV in a chair which has been turned into a foot stool I now watch TV in this very comfortable chair.

Ordered two of these chairs. Boxes came pretty beaten up. One chair did not have the bolts. Contacted wayfair, very friendly service. Got one chair put together, easy! But the tilt lock doesn't work. It is a comfortable chair but would like the tilt to work. Hopefully other chair works the way it was intended.

I bought this for my son that everyone calls big John. The chair was a great chair but with him being 6' 6" 475 pounds it was not tall enough for him set conformable. Still a very well made chair, so we just kept it and gave it to one of the workers in his office
