The product itself seems to be pretty good. The customer service is horrible! Took us 3 weeks to get cushions after receiving the frames. Home Depot had me contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer would not help until I threatened to return everything

I ordered 4 chairs and all 4 of them came...

I ordered 4 chairs and all 4 of them came with detached seats that did not have pre-drilled holes in them. Two out of the four came with screws and the other two did not. One of the chairs are uneven due to a damaged plastic piece on the bottom of one of the legs.

Everything went smoothly from the purchase to the delivery.

The chairs are extremely sturdy, high quality. Other sites are asking double to triple the price for similar products.

Great bar stools. I had a difficult time finding bar stools this tall that I actually liked, and were affordable. These were the perfect solution for a very tall bar area in my house. They even withstood the test of kids climbing into them regularly. They came already assembled, which has its advantages, but also made for some pretty awkward (and very beat-up) packaging but the product wasn't damaged fortunately. Overall I recommend.

Happy with purchase even though damaged

We ordered 4 of these stools. They arrived as expected and we are very pleased with them overall. One of the floor protector pieces on one leg was damaged but I called hayneedle and they are shipping a replacement piece right away. The chairs seem sturdy and are a great value for the price. Happy with our purchase. Because of the customer service I received when I called about the damaged leg, I am still pleased with the product.

Pre-Assembled dream!

I really like these simple chairs for my bar height table! Plus, considering how unskilled I am when it comes to assembly, the fact that they came pre-assembled was a huge plus. My only complaint is that there is no way to hold the cushions to the seat so they kind of slide. I'm sure I can screw them to the seat myself if it really starts to bother me.
