don't know what's wrong with this chair, it just keep switching to a weird angle on the back, that kind of forces you to lean forward. I mean I know it is healthy to keep a straight back but comfort is also a thing. I don't think they realized it when they built this chair. As happened to me before I didn't even pick up the box for first few weeks of its arrival as we were out of country so we were out of return window even before we received the box. So its just another wayfair product I am forcing myself to use as much as I can.

I can not recommend this product. The cushion on the seat is abysmal and lost all support within a year. The mesh backing also tore and no longer provides back support. This happened over two years of regular use for someone of average weight. Do yourself a favor and invest in something that won't need to be replaced in 2 years.

The chair is very deep, so for the adults in our house (all under 6'), it's too deep. The back is good, but I can't really use it. The cushion leaves a lot to be desired. I bought this chair because it was on sale and had great reviews, but I'm not sure how long we'll keep it around. Initially I thought it could move to a kid's room if I didn't love it, but it's too deep for them.

It is a nice chair but I should not have ordered an open box.

This chair was so terrible I literally ended up throwing it out right after I finished putting it together. Thankfully Wayfair refunded me b/c it was such an absolutely terrible and poorly made item. That's the only positive thing I could say about it. Nothing fit together properly, everything was uneven and it was extremely difficult to put together.

Trusty reliable and comfortable chair. There were no manufacturing defects to be noted. There have been some defects with products from other sites. I used this chair daily for over a year as I work primarily from home. There have been no rattles or parts that came off surprisingly.

Terrible design. The screws that secure the arm rest are two long. Without realizing, I kept screwing them until they went through the plastic onto the back rest. The other issues is that they screws don’t fit flush with the arm rest. They are in an angle. Completely missed the mark.

Probably the most uncomfortable chair I have ever purchased. I bought white ones. I would not buy them again. I will have to replace them sooner rather than later. A chair has two jobs. One to be comfortable. One to look good. These chairs look great. BUT they are not comfortable. Find another product!

I was in serious need of a new office chair after being remote for almost 3 years. I bought this while it was on major sale, and it's been awesome!

Really love the chair. It's going to be great for summer because of the airflow and I just put a blanket on it in winter.

First of all, the positives. The chair was easy to put together. All the parts were included and the instructions were clear enough. The quality of the chair itself seems good, and I expect it will hold up pretty well. The quality was better than I anticipated from some reviews I read. And it looks good.

I wfh at least 15 hours a week and needed something cushy. I am 5’3, 118lbs for reference and this chair was just sightly off on the lower back height probably because of the depth of the seat on my frame. However, nothing a small lumbar pillow cannot solve. The benefit of the cushy bottom compared to a Marshall’s chair I had is night and day. Comfortable and looks pretty good too. Easy to assemble although I took another person’s advice on here and tightened only after positioning all the screws. Great value! Got it on sale.

Looks nice, comfort is decent except the reclining

I bought this chair roughly a month ago for my desk, I am a dental student and use it every day for studying.

Sitting in it right now as I write this review. Very comfortable. I like how large the seat is for my curvy body. The moving arms are a nice touch. I do wish the arms were adjustable in height but they are stiff enough that I can lean on them in a mid-raised position. I love that the seat rocks. Make sure to have the seat in the 'unlocked' position to properly rock or it will feel stiff and make a creaking noise. The rocking is very fluid with the lever in the correct position.
