All around comfortable chair but my work ordered these in bulk and another of them are breaking and I took one home with missing bolts that connects the the 2 major pieces (seat and wheels)

Ergonomic Desk Chair

I like the look, mesh material, and swivel features of this chair except that I have been having back pain when I sit for even short periods of time. It does not appear to be ergonomically sound even tough the description says 'Ergonomic'. Most likely will return this.

Sturdy and comfortable

We purchased several of these chairs to replace our older ones in the conference room. They are very attractive and wearing well so far.

Not ergonomic

The name of the chair implied adequate support. It is NOT ergonomic! The seat leans down shifting body weight and contributing to back pain. To make matters worse, Staples would not accept a return with a 30 day window. You have a 14 day window to return from the date of order.

Don't expect much

I should have researched chair features before making the purchase. Since it only provides one position, I cannot use it for more than a hour at a time without back pain.

Comfortable chair

I bought this for my grandson since he is doing online school during COVID. He loves it and says it is very comfortable.

I would never buy this again!

This product came with two of the screws needed to put it together welded to each other. I was able to get them separated, but they were still no longer usable. I was told when I ordered this product it was non returnable so just attempted to put it together anyway. Incredibly frustrating.

Very comfy!

Working from home has brought many challenges, one being a sore back from sitting on the couch! I ordered this chair and feel so much better! The chair was easy to put together and is very comfortable. My back doesn’t hurt any more. I highly recommend this chair!
